By far the shittiest experience with housing I ever had! He gave us the run around AFTER we just paid him. He loves to belittle people who are not happy with him because of his terribly run business. He does this privately one on one and publicly on social media demonstrating how rude he really is. Brian was quick to take our money but could not return the favor of providing the house. He represents different houses that are not even is. He however has no idea what the house situation is meaning rent listed wrong online, tenants and landlords unaware of his company giving house tours, resulting in people walking into a house where people live and have no idea, and has people pay him and says the house is theirs but does not communicate with landlord, allowing them to give the house to a different party. He is a terrible business man for he does not plan or know the info/stats for the houses he represents. He is also quick to be nasty and snippy with people. He tends to show his age meaning he is a younger guy new to this, and demonstrate the immature pettiness when people are not happy with him. read more

My wife and I wanted to sell our home in the winter months but we did not feel very confident after talking with several realtors.
