Sergio and Corinn are friendly, knowledgable, professional and the easiest people I have ever dealt with in this capacity. No matter the issue or question I had, they would respond almost immediately, and work with me, even on a Sunday evening. Sergio and Corinn were in touch with me throughout the move-in and I appreciated that immensely. They also kept in touch throughout the year to check in and keep us updated for the weather conditions and such. They truly put together a clean and welcoming apartment and it was clear to me they truly wanted to make those of us who rented from them welcome. I felt bad about leaving the apartment as I knew I would miss having such a good company to work with. If you want top quality service and professionalism, take a look at Hearthfire Holdings. I moved to Hunters Chase from North Jersey to be closer to my family in the South…read moreJersey/Philadelphia Metro. I moved into a 1 BR w/Den Apt. on 8.30.2024. I paid approx. $2,200 a month for rent, apt. insurance (their insurance), water, sewer and "covenience fees." There were banging noise issues with the side by side neighbors to me which I reported to the property management several times. They told me that they had "addressed" the banging noise issues with those neighbors. I honestly believe they did not because it really never changed. I just dealt with it. After only 4.5 months of living at Hunters Chase, I had to call the police on those same neighbors and send the below message to the property manager and the company office which is located in Pennsylvania and again on April 18, 2025. Unfortunately, I had to call the police regarding loud noise emanating from the next-door neighbors last night (1.18.2025) at 10:00pm. The noise woke me up from sleeping at about 9:30pm. The noise was their bathroom fan running non-stop, and it is extremely loud that I can hear it incessantly. They run it a lot throughout the day. I was hoping that they would turn it off, but they did not. After I called the police, I used noise cancelling headsets to get some quiet time. The police arrived about 10:45pm and spoke to the tenants. It is quite disappointing that these tenants seem to not understand nor respect neighborly boundaries nor property rules. As a result, I will not be renewing my lease at Hunters Chase. I believe my lease ends on 8.30.2025. I will continue to pay all bills on time and be a respectful tenant. The police were called again regarding the side-by-side neighbors. The neighbors, as stated on multiple occasions, make loud banging noises and run their bathroom fan for hours throughout the day on a daily basis. At 10pm on April 18, 2025, those neighbors were running their bathroom fan. The fan noise is loud and woke me up when I was sleeping. Police officers responded to my complaint and spoke with those neighbors and me. The police provided me with a complaint number which was given to the local property manager and the PA headquarters. There was NO follow - up from either. I am giving this place one star out five. One is generous! PS; If you decide to move there, which I highly recommend against doing, make sure to purchase noise cancelling headsets! You will need them - unfortunately - as the management will NOT address any issues! If you voice any concerns, the management will be spiteful and attempt to retaliate against you which of course is illegal and unethical.

Some of the units have been upgraded as far as kitchens and bathrooms and luxury vinyl plank flooring and now they are working on the outside of the building putting in new windows Doors shutters don't get me wrong they always kept the outsides of the buildings and grounds and excellent condition but the owners of this complex really put money back into their property. Releasing agent George is always very friendly very prompt on getting back to you with problems or questions and the team George has as far as the guys that come in and fix things or top notch they are always very friendly very personable they know how to talk and get the job done at the same time in a prompt manner. A few years ago we woke up Christmas morning and had to call an emergency maintenance guy to come in I fixed the heater that was out. He was here in about 20 minutes again Christmas morning with a smile on his face and his friendly as he can be and I feel horrible that I even had to call everybody should be home with their families on Christmas. The complex is usually on the quiet side both the two bedroom and three bedroom units are upstairs and downstairs and have washers and dryers in each unit . on March 9th I woke up to find my partner had passed away in the laundry room and he had pulled some pipes down I guess as he was having his heart attack he was trying to grab onto things and put some pipes down. I called George a few days later and he couldn't have been nicer I couldn't have been more considerate of my loss he said one of the maintenance man right over as priority of him to get the things fixed. So what I'm getting at is I have lived here for 8 years and George became leasing agent around the same time and like I said he runs this place and make sure things get done and it's not like he has to stay on the maintenance guys they work very hard and I don't know what to get paid but they deserve a lot more they are always working their butts off. So if you are looking for a rental property in the Lindenwold Clementine even further out I would highly recommend Timber Ridge townhouses for the price inside of the rooms and the bedrooms you're not going to find another complex that keeps up with their units their maintenance and their grounds. one more thing that you can't teach people is how to be nice and considerate and even the neighbors with my loss had brought food over they are nice they always stop and say hello and you don't always get that in rental properties the property I lived in before this after I sold my house after 30 years the people with me when look at you let alone talk to you so when I moved there everybody is just nice to everybody so check out Timber Ridge townhouses on West Park Avenue in Lindenwold it's worth the trip

She communicated by curtly answering us through texts, never reviewed the sale process, and, most importantly, never reviewed what she included in the contract of sale. We were willing to just accept we made a mistake in selecting their realtor as our listing agent until we were informed by the buyers (who she told us to contact directly because she did not feel like dealing with the back and forth) that our listing realtor had included our newly purchased washer, dryer, and refrigerator in the sale of our home. When we reached out to our realtor and the broker, they offered no solution, lied about what was done during the listing process, and mocked us stating that the words "all appliances" was "plainly" listed in the contract. And while we acknowledge that we signed the contract with the words "all appliances," we expected our realtor to ask us about what was included in the sale in the first place and actually review what she included in the sale. Moreover, without our listing agent, our supposed protector in this sale process, reviewing the contract with us, the word "appliance" seems like a general explanation of what is included. There was no specific listing in the contract of which appliances were included. Considering their agent had clearly shirked all her other responsibilities as listing agent as well, and was receiving a larger than average commission on the sale of our home, we imagined the broker would work with us in some way other than clearly conspiring with the listing agent to essentially tell us we're idiots and that we should have sought legal advice if we couldn't understand what was "plainly" written. They did not thoroughly investigate our claims, as they had the listing realtor respond to our concerns with falsehoods and then, within a matter of minutes, responded by email saying they were dismissing everything we said based on her lies. Real Estate agencies are in place to protect their client and perform duties that help their clients with the sale or purchase of their home, not hurt them. Please know that in the event you have any issues or feel taken advantage of by one of their agents, they will not work with you or even pretend to consider your concerns. They will openly mock you and dismiss you. Please choose another agency. You have no protection here.
