Just 1 example - she provided copies of federal and state estate returns in which all balances for income and expense were double counted. Then I find errors with the returns due to her excluding items she's been provided well before completing the returns, then when I ask about them she asks for documentation and details that were already provided. She doesn't respond to requests for timely updates on progress and filings. She has extremely low standards and lacks proper diligence and oversight and I find that completely unacceptable.
