Had a good shellac manicure (takeoff and new shellac on) there recently although not a lot was done in terms of cuticle prep, no hand massage, etc. Prices not cheap either, but shellac lasts 2 weeks without chipping so hopefully it will be worth it. This is February. As the light was not on in the shower it took a couple of minutes to adjust temperature. Still no heat on the couch. Was told it should be warm as it was on all day. I was offered another blanket as asked if I wanted the heat switched on. After another few minutes I honestly just wanted to leave. This was more like an endurance test. I was only given white tips and a glossy coat when you should normally get a light coloured base coat beneath. The server was not pleasent as well, as she didnt talk to me and shoved my hands over to the fan. As soon as I got home the nail varnish began to chip. Overall I did not enjoy my experience and would not recommend this place although the place looked nice and was very clean.
