Dr. Griffin did an amazing job explaining my options, being realistic, and explaining his plan. My final bill was significantly less than the estimate I received. The care my sweet Coco received as well as the understanding and support I received from Dr. Griffin and his staff was truly outstanding. There was never one moment that I felt uncomfortable or unsure about the care my pet was receiving. This Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Griffin, and the wonderful staff that pour passion into their care should not go unnoticed!

The very rude front desk person with the dark hair very snottily said, like other Dr.'s office we run behind, amongst other rude things! I told her she was very rude and she did not have to answer us like that. She's mad because we questioned her! Don't over schedule and then be mad when we complain about wait times! Then another person came in to check in for another 4:30 appt. That's the time I'm scheduled!?! I said why would you schedule two appts at the same time if you're always running behind? She acts like it's ok to keep people waiting and was so dismissive! It's not! Ooh she was mad! Told me I could reschedule amongst other rude things! Crappy customer service! Her whole demeanor was hostile! Then she called me outside. Told me I need to settle down or leave as per Dr. Whatever his name is! Really!? She said everyone heard me complain and I need to settled down! So they heard me!?!? Who are you talking to telling me to settle down? I'm not her subordinate! She's mad, embarrassed everyone heard me question her! I wouldn't bow to her so we left! She said she's not here to abused! Neither am I! Keeping people waiting and then being indignant when they question you is weak! Who abused you buttercup!?! No one! Power trip much!?! My dog has a UTI and we were sent away untreated as I questioned a bully. A snotty bully who should not be working with the public! As for Dr. Whatever his name is, you should send her to some kind of trainng. Funny thing is, I'm not the only one who question her. She singled me out as I would not let her rein supreme over me. I wouldn't take my dead dog here! In the meantime my poor dog is left untreated. They are awful and should be ashamed!

It was very hard giving them up as I grew attached, being an animal lover. The location needs some cleaning and I am certain more help. Unfortunatly I would not be able to give my time as I found a very not so nice and caring staff member during my time there. She was not very welcoming and came out four times shaking her head at the fact the kittens were accepted. They were about 2 months old and extremely friendly, litter trained and seemed healthy. It actually left me in tears to see her doing that. I could never work with that mentality.

The first issue happened when I brought my older cat in. I explained that I had recently adopted a kitten and ever since she was having diarrhea and vomiting, likely because she kept eating my kittens food. The vet offered medication that would bring the total to $187. I specifically asked if it was necessary, and the vet told me I could either do the medication or monitor her for 48 hours. I chose to monitor her instead, and my husband was inside the room and heard the conversation as well. When I went to pay, they charged me the full $187 anyway. When I questioned it, the vet claimed I had agreed to the medication, which was not true. My husband even agree and said thats not what happened he was even confused. At that point we paid because there was no point to argue, but it was extremely frustrating, I teared up a bit because this economy is no joke. the receptionist sincerely apologized and I told her it's not your fault you are doing your job. About a month later, I adopted another kitten who developed severe diarrhea that eventually caused bleeding. I also wanted my other cat checked because her third eyelid was showing. They told me to drop both pets off the next morning. Before leaving, I specifically asked about pricing because I don't get paid until next week, and I was told it would be around $75 for both pet but to not take her answer because that is a quote. After dropping them off and completing paperwork, they called me less than an hour later demanding $150 upfront before even looking at my pets. I asked why I wasn't told this beforehand and why I couldn't pay when picking them up. Instead of answering directly, the receptionist kept avoiding the question and became rude.i hung up on the receptionist and called my husband because I didn't know what to do. ( and at this point i understand how that can be rude and when I called her back I even said I can understand how that was rude I needed to figure out what to do) When I called back to try to work something out, the receptionist told me that "if you didn't give us a hard time last time, we wouldn't need a deposit." She refused to let me make a partial payment, repeatedly interrupted me, and eventually told me I was "fired as a client." She then hung up on me multiple times. Another employee later claimed I had an attitude based on "watching the cameras," from the first visit on my older cat, despite not hearing the conversation and not being there. I asked if we could review them together, They ultimately refused service and told me to pick up my cats. This place used to be much better, but now the customer service is terrible. They blame customers for their own miscommunication and treat people disrespectfully when concerns are raised. Thankfully, I found another vet that clearly explained pricing, treatment options, and treated me professionally. I would absolutely recommend driving farther to avoid dealing with this place.
