I spoke to Tim/Owner, and he denied everything, of course. Rather than take responsibility for their horrific work, and harm to my dog, he was super nasty to me. Their complete lack of maturity and customer service was very shocking to me, and it cost over $200 in Vet Bills + the cost of grooming. Unfortunatly I would not be able to give my time as I found a very not so nice and caring staff member during my time there. She was not very welcoming and came out four times shaking her head at the fact the kittens were accepted. They were about 2 months old and extremely friendly, litter trained and seemed healthy. It actually left me in tears to see her doing that. I could never work with that mentality.

He wouldn't go near it, had to drag him in. Once in the tub, he calmed down. Ans think he actually enjoyed the warm water. Plays well with our black mouth cur, they re buddies.
