Most recently, Amanda...Owner completely "Scalped" my poor 16 month old dog. I have attached a picture. My Dog suffered: razor burns, contusion & 2 trips to the Vet. I spoke to Tim/Owner, and he denied everything, of course. Rather than take responsibility for their horrific work, and harm to my dog, he was super nasty to me. Their complete lack of maturity and customer service was very shocking to me, and it cost over $200 in Vet Bills + the cost of grooming.
