However, like many, we discussed on several occasions over the years how we would like to get back to those fun years when we were dancing a couple of times every week. Well, we finally decided to stop just talking about it and to do it. Fortunately, we found Atlantic Dance Studio. After just a few short weeks into it, we were already doing the basics steps of the Rumba, Fox Trot, Waltz, Tango, and Push/Pull, and having fun dancing once again after a 40-year break. They have a very natural progressive way of teaching, and surprisingly in the following weeks we started getting into more complex moves. The group classes are also a lot of fun and the interaction with other students and instructors is a great approach to help the learning process. Atlantic ballroom offers a fun, friendly atmosphere, and a beautiful and comfortable large dance studio... private lessons are great with Ody, who is a very patient, fun, professional, and talented instructor... group classes are fun and informative... and Friday night social dance is a wonderful opportunity to practice what was learned during the week... and when you see instructor team perform dance routines, they are just incredibly talented. The owner, Sarika, is very friendly and cordial, keeps a close eye on the studio and the progress of students, and is an incredible national level pro dance performer. If you have been just thinking about taking dance lessons like my wife and I were for a couple of years, stop just daydreaming and give Atlantic Dance Studio a try. I'm sure you will find the studio, instructors, atmosphere, and best of all the experience, as enjoyable as my wife and I have found.

The staff member on hand throughout our party stepped up when tech assistance was needed, when we wanted to adjust the temperature in the room, and when we called an audible to reorganize a part of the room. Having someone present throughout the night turned out to be very handy. Leading up to the big day Caitlin was very clear, communicative, easy going, and understanding. She provided helpful suggestions for us regarding where the DJ and bar should be set up and how much room we should leave for the dance floor. They charge per chair if you want them to decorate for you, and she was super relaxed about when we could tell her how many chairs we'd need. The flexibility the space offers is one of the biggest pros of having your party here. While most event halls would require you to work with a specific food vendor, we were free to bring our own food. This was great for us since we wanted to have a multitude of cuisines present. We were also allowed to come in early to add our own decorations to the space, truly customizing our party to make it look really special. While I initially thought it was a pretty remote and sleepy neighborhood to have a party in, lots of nearby restaurants, a party supply store and dollar store made the venue very well situated for our needs. So happy we went with Eventure to host our party!

I had the worst experience with this dance school. First,…read morethe instructor came very unprepared for the class. Many times she asked the students to watch the video on her phone to figure out the moves together. There are two classes and one rehearsal on Sunday, but it's basically a three hour long very unorganized session. The price listing was very confusing and unclear. I was invited to join the rehearsal and thought that was included in the package. She asked for a separate three-months due later. It was totally not communicated at all in the beginning. Be careful of what you sign up for. There was no way you can cancel your membership on their online booking platform. When I tried to talk to the instructor to cancel (twice), she was not willing to cancel it. I eventually had to call the bank to cancel. She messaged me on fb to ask me to pay her for the penalty her bank charged her and the amount the bank refunded me. I also bought a costume from her, and she refused to give me the product I bought before I pay her for the dues I never knew/agreed to pay, and her own charges from her bank. The picture is what the instructor responded when I brought the case to the court about her refusal for my costume purchase. Be careful! Stay away from this!
