Which I really appreciate and that's why I went to her. I felt like the initial visit was more expensive than it should be. But when you're in pain you go to whoever will see you. And it's great that she could see me. Problem is, is my neck has not improved at all. She said it was just muscle pain from it being out of place and it should resolve itself soon. But I'm someone who used to have regular chiropractic Care. I've been to chiropractors who will fix it immediately and there's immediate release. So I'm not happy that I paid $155 and I still have a stiff neck that I can't turn. She seemed nice enough. But I did not vibe with her I did feel pretty uncomfortable around her from the moment I met her. At times I felt her questioning was inappropriate, almost like she didn't believe me when. I was talking about a back injury and I'm getting physical therapy for. She at one point wanted to see my x-rays,like I carry those things around. At one point it seemed like she was going to deny me treatment, if she couldn't see that my back injury was healed. But I would have put all of that aside, if my neck had been completely adjusted, you know that crack that gives you instant release and relief.

When I confronted the Business Manager and asked to see on my chart if the request from my doctor was on my chart. She told me that the Therapist is the one that makes the decision on what she wants to do with her clients. When I asked her more questions about my situation she changed the story around and began to tell me, that I owe her $25.00 for a no show fee from Last week Monday. I usually get a reminder phone call to let me know that my appointment for Monday is on Friday before.I was told that Friday's phone calls is to remind people of their Monday appointments and Monday calls is for Tuesday. Scottie called me that same day in the morning reminding me to bring a mask or no services will be provided. He failed to tell me that I have an appointment that morning when he called me.There is NO sign that says that there is a $25.00 fee for No Show in their office. I told her that I do not feel that I should pay for it. She told me that she will refuse services if I did not pay for it. When I went back to Linda and asked her why, I was not getting heat, ultrasound and massage she said, that her only focus was for me to get exercise and will not help me with getting pain relief after the exercise session.
