This company installed a 6' vinyl fence at my home 2 years ago and all was fine...last winter…read moreduring a wind storm, 2 of the vertical posts started to lean back...and were about to fall. I contacted the company and they responded and sent a repair man out...all he did was shove concrete and stones down the hole while pushing the post back into a vertical position and I was charged $200 for the response and supposed repair...this year once again, because the repair was not done properly, during a windstorm 2 sections of the fence fell and the post that had the concrete/stones pushed down to support it fell and broke...now they want $750 to repair the fence...all it needs is one vertical post all other sections are still good and not broken...I asked if they would reduce the cost to $500 and they refused, saying the $750 was a firm price. I'm sorry, but if they would have repaired the fence properly in the first place by resetting the concrete and post, this wouldn't have happened. I would not recommend them again for any type of repair. I'm still open to hearing from them to work out a repair but not for $750. And I'm willing to update my review if this happens. VP Patchogue

Municipal Land Survey PC was extremely helpful when I called them about a land survey for a…read moreproject. When I explained that I was looking for a land survey for our project, the first question they asked was if I had contacted my original surveyor. Although, that surveyor was on my list of contacts, it just so happened that I called Municipal Land survey first. The gentleman with whom I spoke to at Municipal had advised me to call my original surveyor first to save money on an updated survey. Municipal Land Survey DID NOT try to take my business just to make money which would cost me more in the end. Instead they advised me in the proper way I should go about obtaining an updated survey that would be a cost savings to me. That to me is an upstanding business . Thank you for your advisement and help .

As we are a distance east of there, was not sure they'd make the trip. But they sent their salesman right out! Our driveway grade was a problem: there was hardly any elevation change from our garage to the street, and different angles were involved. After careful elevation measurement, they recommended installation of a drywell. We decided against that because of cost. They assured us they'd take every step to make it the best it could be, but could not guarantee that some puddling might occur. We decided to hope for the best. The crew came out earlier than expected, and got right to work. Paving machine was used and during the job foremen were shooting levels to ensure the drive would drain to the street. Well, after light, moderate, and torrential rains, our driveway looks great and drains perfectly! Could not be happier with the thorough work that was done, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
