I contacted Jim's office and spoke with his wonderful wife, Becky. She immediately got us a fair quote and an estimated timetable. Jim diligently did his research and was able to stakeout boundary lines and corners around our property. By the end of the survey, we ended up with significantly more property than originally thought; some of which was being encroached upon. A map was provided to us, and upon request, Jim speedily made a map for us on Mylar paper as well. Although, that surveyor was on my list of contacts, it just so happened that I called Municipal Land survey first. The gentleman with whom I spoke to at Municipal had advised me to call my original surveyor first to save money on an updated survey. Municipal Land Survey DID NOT try to take my business just to make money which would cost me more in the end. Instead they advised me in the proper way I should go about obtaining an updated survey that would be a cost savings to me. That to me is an upstanding business .
