got three quotes and Priority Fence gave me a more reasonable price, one guy quoted me $1,000 more than priority did, so it was a no brainer, and the job they did was amazing and the two guys that came to do the job got it done in about 3 hours, I highly recommend you use these guys for all your PVC fencing needs. they used my hose for the cement, and my outlet for the power tools, NOT a big deal, they were friendly and professional. read more

Great fence, personal service, lots of communication! I had a fence installed a few weeks ago, best quote and great service.

First off, the guys that came to do the work were amazing. They did a great job, advised me of gaps that would be under the gate, I was made aware and understood. I am going to try and resolve those myself. While they are working, they utilize the water and electric of the homeowner. They blew a circuit from one of my outdoor outlets. It ended up blowing out one of my breakers and I had to call an electrician to fix it. The owner/mgr called to ask how the job was and I gave praise for the work and just advised that I had to call an electrician. I explained it cost about $175 to fix and that the electrician said the breakers were old but it was probably something that short-circuited. In the receipt he even stated there was heavy water damage in the panel, which obviously happened before I bought the house. I never had a flood. I use computers all day since I work from home. I also have window air conditioners, washer, dryer, etc. I have had get togethers and used that same outside outlet multiple times. Never had an issue. Jay from Priority Fence immediately got on the defensive and basically berated me for having an 'old decrepit' electric panel. I explained I have been here for 5 years and never had an issue. All I did was what he asked and that was to explain how the job went. I don't need to be spoken to like I personally destroyed the electric panel and am blaming his company for a blown breaker. It was working before they used it, and it wasn't while they were working. That's it. These companies seem to forget the basics of customer service and speaking to customers that paid almost $10K in hard earned cash with some sort of dignity and respect. All he had to say was, "I'm sorry, if the damage is due to negligence of my workers, we will take responsibility. By allowing us to use your utilities, you agree that any damages are your responsibility." That's it! I would have understood. $175 out of a $10K isn't a deal breaker for either parties. I didn't demand for them to pay the bill and I wasn't upset. I was actually so happy that my yard is now fully fenced in and my dogs can run around with me fearing they might escape. Yelling at and making a customer feel like crap is not the way to treat anyone, especially if they aren't complaining or angry. I had recommended them for a friend that has an acre of land that needed a fence. That unfortunately changes. It's not about the money, it's just about speaking correctly to customers. read more

We love our fencing! Tommy was a pleasure to work with and VERY responsive. Tommy knew we were getting the fencing done for the safety our dog and he made sure the installers knew this. The installers were hard workers and arrived on time. Not only did they install new fencing they also removed our old crappy chain link fence to expose our neighbors pvc fencing. They also fixed and secured our fence that faces the woods. After the job was done they cleaned up and coming from someone that is OCD I couldn't thank them enough. Tommy and his crew made sure I was satified with everything and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU Priority fence! read more

I just had Priority Fence install an additional PVC fence at my home. They did such a great job installing the fence the first time there was no doubt that I would use them again. It came out so nice and I am getting so many compliments. Jason is just a honest, professional and great person to deal with. He gave me such good advise on my new fence because of his years of experience. Always answers your calls so you never have to worry about him returning them. I would definitely recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. read more

Love my new fence! Looks like a whole new backyard! I had about 6 different companies come do estimates, Priority was my first choice from the beginning and I ultimately chose them because they were honest, didn't over charge, and the installers done a beautiful job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

The only criticism I have of priority, is they were extremely busy and I had to wait three weeks to get my fence. Aside from that, they were professional, neat, respectful, and reasonable. The fence came out beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a fence. read more

They just finished a chain link fence on my lot. I'm very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. The crew did an excellent job. read more

After years of having a portion of my yard fenced in by mismatched stockade, PVC and chain link, it was time to fix it. I called so many people, some prices were crazy with lead times up to 4-6 weeks. And, honestly, some a little cheaper but Priority offered a 30 year warranty and literally scheduled and replaced my fence less than a week after Joe the Measurer visited my house. I was nervous about how it would transition with the fence along the remaining borders of my property. Tom was very patient with me through the process, sending me photos and dimensions to ease my concerns. George and Paulo were excellent workers, professional and clean. They did a great job with the install and clean-up. Because of my career, I am a bit of a rough customer so if I'm pleased with the outcome, they legit did a fabulous job! read more

I just had Priority Fence install my new PVC fence. My husband and I couldn't be happier, our fence is beautiful. The workers took their time to make sure everything was done right. I have been in constant communication with Tommy since day one and he has been wonderful too. Even when we had questions about the install, he came by to take a look ahead of time. Thank you Priority Fence, I would most definitely recommend you to all of my family and friends! read more

Tommy and his crew are very professional in dealing with customers! When a tree fell on my chain link fence, I called four fence companies and Priority was the only one who would respond to my call. Tommy came personally to check on the situation and deal with my questions/concerns. I really appreciated his communication skills and willingness to take the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend this company, and my husband and I will definitely be calling them for all future fence needs! read more

Worked with Tom and his team and couldn't be happier with our fence. He quickly responded to my inquiry and came out to do a consultation right away. He was very professional and personable and I could tell he knew what he was doing. It was a very fair price and we had our old fence taken down and a new wood one put in within a day and his team always asked our opinion so we would be completely satisfied with the job. We had some pesky trees and they knew just how to work around them so that we would lose too much space. I would highly recommend this company! read more

used this company to do the fence around my whole property. I spent a lot of money using them. I called this year (a few years after my installation) because one of my post and a section of fence was broken, I called to see if I could get someone out to look at it, they said to email pictures. I did as they asked and a few days go by that turned into weeks and never heard from them. After I call again they said it was their busy season and they will get around to it when they can and hung up. I understand that June is busy for a fence company but they were nasty about it and it is now the end of August and nobody has checked on my fence. I was willing to pay whatever I had to but they just did not care about the customer anymore since they already had my money. read more

I've used Priority Fence for several years now. They are wonderful. They are very reliable and reasonably priced as well. I recently had them install a beautiful white picket PVC fence in my backyard. I called to get an estimate and the owner came to my house the next day. He was extremely professional and helpful. Within 1 week my fence was ordered and installed. The crew was very polite and worked diligently the whole day. My yard was spotless when they left! I highly recommend them! read more

A++++ BEST SERVICE AND PRICE you will find! I did a ton of research and called a lot of other companies. No company came close to Priority. Tommy is so knowledgeable, honest and went above and beyond. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job on the fence. Don't waste your time on other companies. read more

I was very nervous booking a fence company in general, being I had very little knowledge on this whole thing but Steve was excellent! He took his time to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. He even called to have the job done earlier than the appointment was for, which was great because I was anxious to have it completed. He followed up on everything, the guys did an excellent job and their pricing was great. I couldn't find one negative thing to say about them. Thank You! read more

These guys are the real deal. Tommy responded quickly and directly to the request for a quote that I submitted on their website. His price was fair and included everything I was going to need. Once hired, he came to my house in person on a Sunday to measure and firm up the quote, which remained in line with the original. The job was scheduled within a week and the crew did an incredible job. They even replaced several sections of my neighbor's fence (identical to mine) at no charge. I could not be happier. I would recommend Priority Fence to anyone and be confident of a great job and fair price. read more

We recommend Tommy and Priorty Fence highly. Not only was the price better then others, Tommy was responsive to all our questions and was available to do the job at our connivence. His advice as to what was the best solution to our situation proved to be the right way to go. His crew was experienced, hard working and pleasant. The quality of the fence was better than we expected. read more

As a first time home owner looking to install a fence around my huge 1/3 acre backyard, I was very nervous about choosing the right company to work with. I had read and heard horror stories of improperly installed fences, cheap materials, bad customer service, etc. so I knew I had to be careful who I chose to work with. I read every single review online across multiple sites, of the companies that I considered hiring. I also researched extensively on how to properly install fences and fence accessories so I could make sure whoever I hired did the job correctly. After a ton of research and estimates from 3 companies, I decided to go with Priority Fence and I am so glad I did. Their price was very fair compared to the other companies and they were very honest about what they could do and how they would do it. I am extremely happy with my decision because my fence turned out beautifully! They use great material - 100% virgin PVC made in the USA, their in-house installation team (they do not contract out) was on time, polite, and extremely hardworking even in 95 degree heat! They diligently installed everything the correct way and did not take easy shortcuts. I was very specific about what I wanted to achieve and what my concerns were - and they did everything I asked for even though it couldn't have been easy. In one area, they had to literally squeeze in between my neighbor's chain link and my grape arbor. I have multiple trees and tree/bush roots along the property line and they still managed to keep the fence all inside my property even though it meant removing some thick roots. My property is on a hill and they did an excellent job keeping the fence straight while still keeping the fence poles secure and solid. They are also great with customer service - they were very patient with me through all of my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. Tommy, Jason, Wilmar and team - the fence has truly added value to my home and I have you guys to thank for that!! Thank you so much!! read more

Let me just begin by saying this company is top notch. They were the first estimate we got, and after wasting our time getting 5 other estimates we chose Priority Fence. They are very professional, very reasonable price, they installed within a week, they do everything the way you want it, very courteous and neat, great customer service, they worked from morning till night to get job done in 1 day! They didn't rush either, made sure everything was perfect. We had an entire wooden fence replaced in a nice size yard, and we were amazed how they went above and beyond our expectations! It was two workers that did it all, and they were very knowledgable and worked non stop. The manager Tommy even called the next day to make sure everything was done the way we wanted and that we were happy with our new fence. My husband wanted it installed with screws not nails and Tommy made sure he sent an installer that specializes in that. Don't even waste your time looking elsewhere because Priority Fence is the best fence company around!!! Thanks so much Jay, Tommy, and your exceptional professional crew! You will be highly recommended...A+++++ read more

We called around for a few estimates and Priority fence was one of them. Well to start off with he was about 45 minutes late for the estimate with no phone call. But we looked past that. explained what we wanted, he took measurements and said he would get back to us with the price. A few days go by and no call so we call them and are told they're still working on the price. Mind you it was not some huge complicated job so not really sure what would take so long. Finally he calls back and says that he feels we're "going to be meticulous and want it to be perfect" (duh! Who wouldn't??) so they're going to pass on this job but gave us some other guys number! Then at the end has the nerve to say "But give us a call if you ever need anything else!" Uh....NO! Horribly unprofessional. ***In response to your comment, we needed a fence, you're a fence company, how could you not be suited for our fencing needs? And even if that was your reason, why lead us on instead of just telling us right then and there? read more
