Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I'm not going to lie, I have some great brows- they are full and thick and have a nice natural arch, so many people wanted to thin them out and make them something they structurally shouldn't look like. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin. Kim has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel confident and beautiful in my skin. She helped me understand the importance of taking care of my skin, the best products that work for me and shared best practices for taking care of my skin. I was the only one in the area since they were keeping guests separated. The technician Natasha was professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. She changed her disposal gloves multiple times, kept a face mask on, and used disposable wooden scoops to get products. She also let me test out water temperature and warm towel temperature to make sure it wasn't too hot for my preferences. There's nothing more calming than being able to snuggle up on a cushy chaise lounge with a warm blanket and a warmed wrap for your neck and shoulders. They have tea and water and a variety of sweet or salty snacks as well. The staff are always super professional and it is a very relaxing day all around. They also have a retail shop upfront where you can buy a variety of clothing, candles, and other hair and body treatment items. They do a good job making recommendations of products for you to use, should you wish to continue usage at home. I did a massage today, 80 minutes at $185. I do wish they would come to Phoenix!!!
