Nadia was available and open to all of our questions, concerns, and most importantly, what we wanted to get out of the rebuild. We would send ideas and she came right back with what would or would not work in our space. Once we decided on a floor plan that we loved, Nadia got to work on all the technical stuff. She went to the City for plan check/submission and handled the whole process quite beautifully. The City had no issues with her completed plans and permits were issued so we could begin the transformation. I love our finished home and am so thankful Bolt was with us on this journey! Her pricing could not be beat, not by a long shot! There were no hidden fees and she was upfront about the need for an engineer to sign off on the project. I will add that while the engineering firm she works with ultimately got the job done, per our contractor, the structure was way over-engineered and a few changes were made to simplify it(and save us a lot of money). All in all, Nadia is fabulous. I am posting some pictures of the exterior that we just had painted and will add more from the interior soon! Thank you Bolt Design Studio!
