I am new to Kelowna and my family who lives here recommended this clinic to me. For the past two…read moremonths I have been trying to submit paperwork as a new patient with no responses back. Today I have tried to follow up by telephone to find out if they are even taking on new patients. I was put in a hold Q of 10 for 15 minutes, when it to being first in line it rang through to another holding Q where I started 10th in line again. If this is the kind of service they provide, that I can't even get through to them then I don't want them as my health care provider. If you are going to force patients to go online to make appointments and communicate with you then you better be very good at it and get back to people in a very timely manner. Shame on this new model, it dehumanizes us. K.

The clinic itself is beautiful, big and very clean and the staff are always polite, helpful and friendly. We understand that they are also opening a walk-in clinic which is greatly needed in West Kelowna. While we hope we won't have to use it, it's nice to know that a walk-in clinic is now going to be part of a larger medical office that we already trust with our lives and well being. Highly recommended!

My entire family wears glasses and we would have purchased many more pairs. it's not if a business messes up, it's how they fix it. Refusing to deal with the situation is not right.
