When we showed up for the appointment that they called us for, they were upset with us for 'not making an appointment', even though it was them that forgot to put it in their schedule. It was a horrible first impression. Another doctor prescribed something that was too strong, and when we went to fill it (we didn't know it was too strong) the pharmacist refused to fill the prescription until it was double checked by the doctor who prescribed it, and even advised us to go to a different doctor entirely to confirm. The staff at Tutt street insisted it wasn't filled because we were concerned, and the pharmacist wasn't concerned at all, and called us liars. 3 times. If any of my employees acted like the staff at Tutt street family medicine they would be let go. If I had acted like that in any of my previous jobs, I would expect to be fired. They were rude and unprofessional. It has been an extremely frustrating experience.
