I explained my situation from my rear end accident which I had been suffering for a 1.8 years. I had been going to Chiro, massage, micro needling, physio but with only temporary relief. My headaches were so bad I was living on 8 to 12 Advil a day Just to function with some type of normalcy. I was unable to turn my head side to side, my left shoulder would not allow me to lift anything or even put on a seat belt, unable to hold my arm up, my mid back was in such pain it hurt to breath, my left hip hurt to walk and would not allow me to take stairs. This prevented me from doing any exercising or playing sports that I loved. I seen Brians add on instagram and went to see him right away. He took X-rays of my spine and a nerve scan. He showed me what had happened and put a program together to get my body back to a functional state. Within 5 to 6 treatments my headaches were almost nonexistent I was finally off the Advil and able to sleep through the night. Brian is amazing and caring individual who cares about his patients. He wants to make sure you get back to having your normal way of life pain free. Brian almost has my spine corrected from the accident, my neck is fully functional, my upper & mid back has no pain and I can take a full breath, my left shoulder is pain free and I can lift things out of the cupboard and put my seat belt on. My left hip there is still some work to do but is feeling way better than it was. Thanks you so much Brian for being such a caring individual and getting my spine back to where it was before the accident so I can function like a normal human being. I can hardly wait to have my left hip fully functional once again. God bless you and your team, thank you so much!!

Also Dr Bittle's personal experience is more than convincing. Would highly recommend this office. Maxine

Does Acupuncture work?…read more Here's my story...Close to 2 years ago I had the miserable experience of Sciatic pain down my left side. For those who have experienced this or are going through it right now know about the pain and the sleepless nights. I tried everything from rolling that tennis ball, Stretching, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Physio Therapy which helped some...Then an acquaintance suggested OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE. Best thing I ever did for myself! Well long story short after my first appointment at OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE I felt relief. To top it off I slept through the whole night for the first time in months pain free and still do. Now just like any type of therapy subsequent appointments are necessary to feel the benefits of Acupuncture. I still go about every 6 weeks to stay on top of it. James Kaufman over the last year and a half has treated me as well for headaches, shoulder pain etc with great results.. I would highly recommend OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE... Ron Hartwig

My name is Allan Waidman, I'm over 70 yrs of age and have been diagnosed with DDD (Degenerative…read moreDisc Disease) as well as arthritis. I had been on prescription drugs to help alleviate the frequent pain I experience. In the fall of 2014 the pain became very bad and my family physician changed my medication,as it had little effect he then doubled the dosage. The only thing that was changing was my personality, the pain was still there. He told me that this was what I would have to contend with for the rest of my days as there was not much else that could be done, perhaps surgery and that it was part of getting old. A friend asked if I had tried acupuncture, of course not as I would not even consider doing that, but, in view of what was happening, why not? I went to see James. Four sessions later I stopped taking my drugs, have not had one since. Now I do a regular monthly session with James, he keeps me going. I can remain more active than I have for years, the pain is gone and really happy to kick the drugs. I honestly would recommend this treatment to anyone who is suffering from the kind of pain that I was going through. It works for me and I tell everyone of the success that I have had and I thank this to the expertise of James. I feel GREAT!
