We had an electrical house fire that burned the entire attic. The water damage by the fire department was excessive. The house required full blown demolition and clean up - being stripped down to the studs and down to the sub floor. Complete removal of the remaining roof structure. Leaving an open top box of our house and see through walls. On a Sunday morning I mustered up the courage to call around for estimates. I left a message for three companies. Sam called me right away within the hour. The other company on Monday mid morning. The third company never called back. Sam had the heart to express his condolences for our loss and assured me that we would be taken care of. The other company was indifferent and calculating from the onset. This is what sets Rainbow apart from any other company. Rainbow was willing to work with us knowing we had no insurance to cover the cost. They beat the competitors estimate. I assure you they will out perform any company in the Central Valley. They go above and beyond in providing helping hands, consolation and strategizing when you just don't really know what to do and where to begin. They are professionals with heart, mind and soul. You won't meet better people in this world, in business or personally. Saiid and the crew of strong, courteous and respectful young men worked diligently and tirelessly. They came prepared with a positive attitude and willingness to help with all the miscellaneous extra help we needed. They helped move furniture and boxes and stuff that we just didn't have the strength or energy to do ourselves. Saiid and Sam are the salt of the earth. They are absolutely wonderful human beings. I am so grateful that God directed me to them. They have been a blessing to our family. They are forever in my heart and I am forever grateful for them seeing us through this entire experience. The interior of our house (or what remains of it) and the parameter outside was left completely clean. They sanded down the wood structure remaining and treated for mold. We are ready to rebuild. Called them to check my HVAC units on 3 different occasions…read more Tech shows up, inspects the units, deem them unfit and recommends new unit installed. Each time it was the same pattern. The provide quotes that are $10,000-$25,000 and tells you that's the only thing you can do at this point. All 3 times we called for second opinion and got it solved for few hundred dollars. I would highly recommend people to stay away from this company they aren't trustworthy and their business models is to sell new component even when repair is possible and much much cheaper

I had this company come out to fix an issue with my unit not generating heat. They didn't have the…read moreparts and said they were going to order them and the total cost was going to be $2,281. I found out all the parts required cost A TOTAL of $370 and took about 30 minutes to install. Before I went to install them myself, I found that the unit wouldn't turn on at all anymore and that the breaker had been removed and never replaced. When I put the breaker back, the unit turned on immediately and was extremely weak and flowed little to no air, which was not the original issue. This issue was never written up in the original report and the parts that were ordered would not solve this airflow issue in any way. according to other HVAC professionals. The fact that the breaker was left out tells me the technician realized that was the only way to get the unit to stop running. Obviously this new issue was created with whatever work had been done by the technician. (Mistakes happen, not upset about that) I called to see if they would come out to fix the problem they had caused at no charge and they said no. Not only is it outrageous to charge almost $2000 for 30 minutes of work but to not hold your company accountable to fix new issues that they have created is unacceptable. On Tuesday night at 10 PM I walked into my father's home after 1.5 weeks of being away and my dad away on Hospice dying to a massive flood caused by the refrigerator. I panicked and ran toward the refrigerator and fell so hard... I didn't know what to do so I took a photo of the leak and I input it on ChatGPT and CVWR was the first company it recommended. I called it and Tico picked up. He could hear the distress in my voice and in 30 minutes he and his entire team were at my home saving it. They cleared out all the water and the entire downstairs. This job was not an ordinary job, even though leaks are not ordinary... but there's a hoarding situation going on and my dad's home and they had to move so much out. They worked till very late and were beyond professional and empathetic toward my situation. They then left multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers for days to help stop the mold growth and dry out my house. Their team does everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Every question I asked, Tico answered in detail and I completely trusted him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and has a good working relationship with my insurance adjuster. There really are no words for how incredible this team is, and I would recommend them till the day I die.
