What started as a simple cold call turned into a really enjoyable conversation. Louis was friendly, quick to laugh, and clearly takes pride in what he does. It's refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely enjoys their work and serves the mountain communities with that kind of dedication. As a local REALTOR® in Raymond, I'm always looking for reliable professionals to work with. After our conversation today, Greenwood Enterprises Heating & Air Conditioning is definitely going on my list. Thanks for the great chat today, Louis. Val Schwab REALTOR® | Raymond, CA

Ranjeet responded quickly to our issue and let us know the date and time frame he would be able to come out. He was able to diagnose and refill our Freon in our unit within that time frame, which we immediately noticed a difference in the AC before we left. Our unit is almost 30 years old during the times Ranjeet came out, he did not try to push a new unit on us and was able to deliver great options within our budget. He also let us know what issues to look out for in the future or when it might be a good time to look into a new unit. But prior to Ranjeet, we've had companies not diagnose a thing and would just push a new unit quote on us. So it is refreshing to see someone who wants to take care of the customer with honesty and communication. Overall, Ranjeet is a top notch owner. He is very kind, honest and most importantly, seems genuine. He even remembered little details of our conversation from 3 years ago. So without any hesitation, we would 100% recommend RS Heating and Cooling for any of your heating/cooling needs!
