We had access to everything we needed, including being able to park several cars on their lot. The doors were open to us every time we needed to check some details ahead of time. And there is a Starbucks right in the corner! The space has different rooms (kitchen, lounge, the spacious studio, restrooms) which is great for those who need to bring a lot of people. If you're a musician and you need to do recordings (with gear beyond your home studio) keeper this is a place for you. They've got some classic keyboards organs and other related instruments. One of the jewels of the collection is the Hammond C3 organ. The C stood for church, and the only difference between the C3 in the B3 is that the church organ offered more wood to cover the ladies legs when they played services. Who knew! Nice place, decent rates and lots of fun instruments you didn't know were available. Check it out!

Even if there's an issue with equipment, they're quick to come help with it. The restrooms can be hit or miss, I wish they took a little better care but honestly can't complain and maybe it's cuz I always book for the very end of the night lol. Another small thing is the drummers have to bring basically half of a drum kit (cymbals, Snare, & kick pedal **all of which you can rent from summit for a decent price incase you forgot) which can be a pain sometimes but Other than that, not much to complain about besides the hours!! I wish they could stay open late on weekends but they only open till 8 which is understandable, can't complain! Decent parking, right off the 210 freeway, solid gear, big ass rooms, very solid pricing, very friendly staff!!! What else can you ask for right?!?!? The only other studio that kinda compares is AMP In NoHo but they got stinky mics, staff can be weird, getting to the parking lot is literally like a maze and their gear has shit on us multiple times. So big shout out to summit!!! Love going here and will continue to support as long as I am physically capable of playing drums, bass and guitar!!!!!

Central to LA. 24 hour access is crucial for late night gigs. Jay, the manager, is a chill guy. He'll get on your ass if you disrespect the place like leave garbage in the lobby or break the rules, but he looks out for everyone and has always been reasonable. The spot is great to store your gear, have meetings, rehearse your music, record and produce music during quite hours, and make connections. It gets hot in the summer, but the rooms have AC. Overall this place is a gem. It has allowed me to grow my music, my business and my brand.
