We came to visit York. We visited the Yorkshire castle. We visited the Yorkshire wool Ins) shop. So finally on the way back, I stopped in to this establishment to inquire. Here I discovered the world's best hot cocoa ever made. We learned a little bit about the history of York as it relates to Cocoa Bean trade originated over 400 years ago. And every major chocolate manufacturer here in the world has a factory here or around York. you could spend several days just doing a chocolate tour around York, learning everything from processing and manufacturing to refinement, and the thousands of ways that it is used in recipes.
That was learned within 10 minutes of speaking with the kind and courteous service person acting as a chocolate barista, concocting our wonderful beverages.
