We had to clean it completely before using it. Battery box 3/4 full of water, yet Bruce told us a new battery was just installed before we got there. -The extremely slow response time from your dealership is unimaginable. You can learn a lot from The Outpost RV and how customer service is handled. They earned my business with their knowledgeable and quick responses, also to mention better pricing including a $79.99 winterize vs your $180. I would not trust that your company would do a complete job based on my experience. So, I will be driving 1.5 hours each way to have The Outpost RV install the additional solar panel, winterize, and complete a warranty repair on the leaky faucet that was missed by your company at preparation for my delivery (WHICH I PAID $390 for an unclean, under inspected unit). We would appreciate a refund of the $390 we were mandated to pay.

They are supposed to honor ATC warranty work because they sell them there. At first they were helpful in servicing the trailer under warranty, but then decided not to service my trailer that was still under warranty. They told me it was because I didn't buy it from them, even though they are one of the biggest dealers of ATC in the Midwest. They also said they weren't going to sell them anymore because of quality issues, even though I see them for sale in front of the dealership every time I drive by. When I purchased it, they were all sold out because of Covid. I bought it in Indiana knowing they sold and serviced them In Kalamazoo. It's like having a Chevy dealership unwilling to fix a Chevy under warranty. I ended up having to sell it because they were the ones I was depending on to work on it. I lost 10k in the transaction. Luckily the person buying it from me was out of state and would never ever need Premier Custom Trailers for warranty work. What a nightmare they created for me as a customer! Do not deal with this company if you value your sanity and your dignity. My biggest financial regret in recent memory. On top of it, there is an attitude that quickly shifts against you if they no longer care about helping you. Avoid!
