So, I found Studio Elite on Yelp, which was one of the only salons in the area with any reviews at all. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by a lady working the front desk. She said they were full and didn't think they'd have any openings for another hour. Jasper very kindly chimed in saying she could do it as her other client was running late. So, I gratefully accepted. Jasper began by introducing herself and asking about me and what I'd like done, and as she proceeded to cut my hair she informed me before every step of the hair cut on what she'd be doing (which I appreciate greatly, as many stylist just cut and cut...and cut, risking an unhappy client at the end). During the hair cut we also had great conversation! I was proud to see someone so excited and enthusiastic about their career. It makes a huge difference when building a clients confidence. Jasper must be a huge asset to this business, and I will certainly be returning in the future! Thank you for your kindness and flexibility, Jasper!

My sister in law booked an appointment for me at Regis for an updo. I was expecting to have my hair…read moredone at 12pm and out by 1:30. When I got to the salon, I was told that my stylist was out for the day and they had replaced her with someone else in the interim. This other girl was busy and they asked me to come back in 15 minutes. Not a big deal. I came back and the girl still wasn't done. She then asked another stylist to work on part of my head and she would finish the rest. I picked the style I wanted for my updo and he proceeded to work on it. He was good. I don't know his name but I do know that he was very good. He finished my updo in about 40 minutes and it looked exactly like the picture. I was really satisfied with the work. Despite the scheduling snafu, I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend this salon. Ask for the guy, I have no idea what his name is, but I suspect hes the only guy working there.

The stylists are all super sweet, very funny, and incredibly welcoming. They don't meet a stranger. They're all very knowledgeable about what they do and will tell you straight up what you need to hear. If they think something won't work or chemicals may react badly or something might not come out how you think, they'll let you know. They are always 100% honest and put the health of your hair before everything else. They use high quality products and simply will not let you ruin or damage your hair. They're also incredibly modern and really know what they're doing. They have great ideas about what looks good for your skin tone, the season, current styles, etc. Even the venue is modern and has really cool decor and awesome paintings on the walls. The prices are also pretty great. I paid $300 for a hair appointment at a ritzy joint in Orlando that looked terrible and eNVy Salon fixed it for $60. I haven't gone anywhere else since. Go here if you want people who will help you look great and also who will protect your hair. They're all super sweet. Whitney Glass is amazing and comes highly recommended!

They do not push products/ service just to make a higher sale. I now live in the Birmingham area, but still make the trek to Jacksonville to get my hair done because I do not trust anyone else. My boyfriend also gets his hair cut & a beard trim on a regular basis from Jasmine. She does great work as well! All the staff are friendly, professional, and quick.
