My sister in law booked an appointment for me at Regis for an updo. I was expecting to have my hair…read moredone at 12pm and out by 1:30. When I got to the salon, I was told that my stylist was out for the day and they had replaced her with someone else in the interim. This other girl was busy and they asked me to come back in 15 minutes. Not a big deal. I came back and the girl still wasn't done. She then asked another stylist to work on part of my head and she would finish the rest. I picked the style I wanted for my updo and he proceeded to work on it. He was good. I don't know his name but I do know that he was very good. He finished my updo in about 40 minutes and it looked exactly like the picture. I was really satisfied with the work. Despite the scheduling snafu, I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend this salon. Ask for the guy, I have no idea what his name is, but I suspect hes the only guy working there.

Getting waxed isn't always everyone's favorite... but Lindsay' s professional demeanour was very welcoming, and much appreciated. She did my brows first to let the redness (If any) go away by the time I left.. and then we went upstairs for the rest. They offer hard waxing (no paper/cloth strips) and hot was (with the strips) They even have an after care sheet just in case you forget what to/ Not to do. They are knowledgable, so they offer the right services for you and your hair. They also offer the right products for what you need, if you need them! They do not push products/ service just to make a higher sale. I now live in the Birmingham area, but still make the trek to Jacksonville to get my hair done because I do not trust anyone else. My boyfriend also gets his hair cut & a beard trim on a regular basis from Jasmine. She does great work as well! All the staff are friendly, professional, and quick.
