I bought a starter from this location with a lifetime warranty in October 2022 fast forward to…read more June 27 2025 and truck would do nothing. Got under truck tapped it and started. Truck had been starting with no problems until yesterday July 2 2025 truck would not start in the morning tapped it and it started that afternoon started fine. The next morning July 3 2025 it wouldn't start without tapping it again in the morning going to work then in the afternoon leaving work. Stopped by this location picked up new starter took it home put it on and then returned to the store to get refund because it was under warranty. Keep in mind the problem has been intermittent which indicates a bad winding in the motor itself. They tested at store and of course it worked. They then told me they couldn't warrant it because it worked on there tester. The store employee then called Gary the store manager where he proceeded to tell me I had other problems. The new starter has started the truck over a dozen times in the last hour with no problem, all connections were tight with no corrosion at all and batteries are less than year old. I guess they expect you to get stuck somewhere and just tap the starter every time you need to use the truck then end up having to get it towed. Pretty sure they wouldn't pay for the towing bill. Ended up having to waste 30 minutes of my life on the phone with there corporate resolutions team and they would only refund the original purchase price so I'm still out $35 on a part that was supposed to have a lifetime warranty.

Iv literally took donations there and they picked 2 or 3 items and told me "they can't take the rest" because "their dumpster is full".. obviously I wasn't donating trash! On top of the bs there, every time you visit this store you are greeted with a personal shadow that will follow you around the entire store to ensure you are not filling your pockets with their over priced, free to them inventory until you checkout or leave. If you leave without making a purchase they immediately run to the left side window and at least 2 of them stare you down like you robbed the place. Overall I would donate at a place that is much more appreciative and shop somewhere that is welcoming and actually wants you there.
