Due to health issues I asked my son to pick him up and they were charging us $195 after adding on over $100 in extras that were not requested. What is the point of the app if you plan to do whatever you want and charge arbitrarily for services not only not requested but not even listed! Then they were less than professional when questioned. I found the best groomer, in my opinion, at Coat'n Tails mobile grooming service. Mary Kay who owns the business is excellent at cutting, manicuring, and pampering this little Shih Tzu. She is like a dog whisperer. Maxie was not afraid and she behaved well. Today's grooming appointment was not as stressful as previous ones and Maxie is cut like my sister wants her to look. She is sweet, well mannered, funny, playful, and intuitive. She's great with other dogs and with children. Scott has a well thought out program for the puppies to get them trained and socialized when they are introduced to their new family. The moms are his personal dogs that he loves very much so they and their puppies are extremely well cared for. He has a large dedicated area for the puppies to be able to spend time with their moms, sleep, nurse, and play. Izzy came to us already housebroken, crate trained, and able to do several tricks.
