We were wrong, Snazzy checked all the boxes. Our little doxie, Willie Mays, lost his buddy of eleven years just before the move. Willie was one stressed out doxie and could not be left alone. We put our faith in Snazzy to groom the little guy with love and care. Willie walked out of the grooming area with his coat shiny and his tail wagging, we could not ask for more from a groomer. By the time I left his bill was well over $400 for extra tests and vaccines that had nothing to do with his foot that I was forced to do before they would see him and he came home sick. Now he is loosing control of his bladder, won't eat, and has kettle cough. All problems he wasn't having before I took him there. I asked if they could wave the fee to check him out. They aren't even willing to give a discount and are refusing to take any responsibility for the adverse affects that he is having. We won't be back. If I'm going to pay for him to be seen, it's not going to the people that got him sick. I have been going here for years, ever since Dr Nelson told me this is where he was. Dr Nelson is a great Vet, but he didn't see my pet during this visit. I've never had a problem before and the cost doesn't matter. It's the fact that I felt strong armed to do extra tests. The staff wouldn't explain what the tests were for and now that he is sick from their facility they are treating me like it's my fault my dog got sick from their treatment. All he had was a small lesion on his foot.

I called the doctor that night on the emergency number, but nobody answered so I left a message. He finally returned my call the next morning and said it was normal. When her mouth was still bothering her, we switched to Clanton in Jacksonville and when they did her dental exam, they found that Greenbrier Animal Clinic had left the roots of the tooth in her mouth!! Since then I've heard so many horror stories about that vet. I hate that I didn't hear them earlier but I will definitely not be going back. Recently a friend of mine took her poodle there to be neutered on a Thursday. She picked him up Friday morning and voiced her concerns about how red and swollen he was then. She was also told it was normal. After multiple attempts over the weekend to try to get this vet to see him again because she knew something wasn't right her dog, the vet finally agreed to come in 30 minutes early on Monday morning, but unfortunately, that poor baby died of septic shock at the vet's office while waiting for him to arrive.

Great boarding experience this last weekend. Our small (8 pound) dog stayed 4 nights and got a…read morebath. The boarding location was decorated very cute and was very clean. The owner sent us photos during our trip. When I arrived for pick up, our dog was playing in the large, fenced-in yard, while the owner was watching her. Our dog looked (and smelled) great after her bath. I am particular about who takes care of our pets and I would feel comfortable leaving our dog at Moe's anytime we need to go out of town.
