We've dealt with damaged belongings, terrible smells, and sleeping on the living room floor because our bedroom was unusable. I appreciate the response, but unfortunately, it does not address the primary concern raised in my…read morereview. My concern was not simply that other residents may have been operating unauthorized Airbnb rentals. My concern was that I was informed by a Meadows employee that property management itself was operating an Airbnb within the complex. This was especially alarming because a man entered both my home and my neighbor's home while searching for his Airbnb. He went door to door, tried door handles, and entered and walked inside mine and my neighbors homes, and refused to leave my doorway until we contacted the police. It was also CONFIRMED by the police about the Airbnb arrangement. I saw this same man roaming around our complex even 2 weeks later. I have photos to confirm. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that I contacted the leasing office for help and accountability when this happened. Instead of taking our concerns seriously and addressing the situation, we were essentially brushed off. There was no meaningful accountability, and we were left feeling as though our safety was not a priority. This is particularly concerning given your response's claim that resident well-being and unauthorized access are taken seriously. Your public response states that short-term rentals are prohibited and that suspected violations are documented and addressed. However, it does not acknowledge or explain the specific incident I described, nor does it address the information provided to us by your employee and the police. If management was not operating a short-term rental, I would appreciate a direct response addressing why we were given that information and why a stranger looking for an Airbnb was able to enter residents' homes. If management was operating one, then avoiding the issue does nothing to address the seriousness of what happened. After more than six years as residents, my husband and I did not leave over minor inconveniences. We left because we no longer felt safe or valued. Having someone enter our home while looking for a rental in our own apartment complex was a serious security concern. When we reached out to the office for help, we did not feel heard, supported, or protected. I stand by my review because it reflects our experience. A generic response about policies and procedures does not address what actually happened to us. I would appreciate management taking accountability for how this situation was handled and directly addressing the concerns raised, rather than offering a response that avoids the central issue.

The management team and maintenance team respond quickly to inquiries through the Resident App for general help and also for maintenance needs. The maintenance team here is friendly, professional, communicative, and always have time to listen to what the need is. Wow! Way to go team! Another thing we love is the atmosphere here. The grounds are beautifully kept and generate a feeling of peace and relaxation. Some places in the complex are sunny while others are shady. We love the oak trees that are framed against the blue sky by day and the pink/golden sky at sunset. Speaking of peace, this is a quiet complex, well with the exception of one dog who misses his owner when he is left alone. We used to live in a noisy neighborhood, so we welcome the quiet. At night we hear Great Horned Owls call to each other. Such serenity! Lastly, we want to thank Jenny for her professionalism and also her positive attitude. Jenny is instrumental in making the transition to a new residence very smooth. She makes sure that the new residents get a "lay of the land," so to speak. She is passionate about helping others, and this is reflected in how she interacts not only with the present residents, but also with folks moving in. If you have read this all the way through, then I imagine you are thinking of moving here too. Take the step of faith and move in!
