This location has gone through pricing changes almost every time we've visited, from going by size instead of weight to increasing the cup cost. The last time we visited, they seemed to be under new management and/or decided not to pay the franchise fee, so they were called "Froyo Factory" but serving ostensibly the same product, and with essentially the same interior decorations. The latest pricing change was to require purchasing an empty cup at the front of the store before you could fill with yogurt, which led to slow an unsatisfactory service. read more

Last night I took my kids to Froyo Factory and was so astonished that I had to sleep on it before writing this review. When we walked in, the place was so horribly messy: including a chair tipped over and a yogurt spilled on the floor. Employee was sitting and not doing anything about it. One of my kids even pointed out the mold under the yogurt spout. BLACK MOLD!! The whole place smelled like vinegar, I don't know what that's from but disgusting. My son had to use the bathroom and when I asked the employee where it was, the employee rudely told me it was closed for servicing, after I had just seen a customer walking out from behind the bathroom? I decided to go anyway and when walking I caught a glimpse of the back room where I saw an employee blowing out smoke from a vapor device. This employee was openly doing drug activity in front of my SON! I don't know how your managers could ever look at the cameras and see an employee blowing out smoke and be okay with it. So disgusting, just like the bathroom was! Please clean your bathrooms!! I had to make a yelp account for this because I am not a judgy person whatsoever, however this experience completely changed my view on the chain industry and I will be brining this to the authorities and health inspectors. read more

Hello The last two times to this location I felt like it was dirty. The front of the open air condiment bar is all dripped on and looking rusty. The chalk board wallpaper is coming apart at the seems. The windows, stainless steel all needs cleaning. Good place but needs TLC please! Oh, one other thing! We tried the fruity flavors (no dairy) which are more of a Sorbet! They were super creamy, and the mango was MY fav, bestie enjoyed the raspberry tart and blood orange! Just informed from owner, that fruit flavors are all sorbet with no dairy and no fat. Great toppings, but no nerds or sprinkles! AND.. you pay per cup... NOT by weight! Huge bonus!! read more

I love this place a lot. Their are many different flavors, and your originals of course. ( Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry.) Unfortunately not many of the flavors are good with mixing though. But they have pretty good toppings, gummy bears, strawberries, sour patch kids, omg thinking about it makes me hungry right now! They also have boba as a topping. Ugh my heart! So delicious! This place used to be very good but since new ownership it has gone down hill. About 1/2 of the machines are shut down so they offer about 1/2 the flavors. The Lids don't fit cups. Less toppings. Not even bags to help carry out the frozen yogurts. I'm not trying to bash the cheap owner but come on man, you need to spend money to make money. Before I could just put as much yogurt in as I wanted as well as toppings and it would go by weight. Skip Freeziac, Cherry Berry, all those other ones-- they pale in comparison to this place, and that's no lie. I absolutely love yogurt lab! They have the best froyo in my opinion. But the service here is terrible. And the way you treat your customers matter! I went in yesterday with my siblings, and we got our froyo which tasted great. After eating awhile, my sister got another cup to go, and when she went up to pay the employee told her that they only had flat lids so my sister would have to squish her froyo. My sister paid, and went back to sit down and I went up to get a lid for my little brothers froyo. There was a white mom and her son ahead of us with 3 froyos to go, and the employee at first told her that they would have to squish their froyo BUT THEN she offered the white woman and her son dome lids to go. I stood there astonished at the fact that she offered them the dome lids because she knew the mother would be rude about it, but she did not offer it to my sister. I'm not sure why, and I don't wanna place the race card, but PLEASE treat all your customers the same. I am disappointed and I am never coming here again. read more

Each size cup has a fixed price, so you are free to pile on the toppings - and I did just that. They have a variety of flavors, but some explanation on the lesser known ones would be nice. For instance, my mom wanted vanilla, but it was out. She was wandering around like a lost puppy until an employee told her that the Fior di Latte flavor was like a "Dairy Queen Vanilla." We missed our old favorite Yogurtland in Southern California and decided to check this place out. The lab decor was cute and the seating was spacious. Bathrooms were very clean. There was plenty of room to wander. I like tart yogurt and use it as the flavor to compare different shops to. Their tart yogurt flavor was not bad although not exactly like the original tart Asian yogurt. They claim to make all their yogurts in house using organic yogurt and hormone free milk. This is good to know with all the pesticides used in feed these days. Selection: There were 16 flavors with enough variety to satisfy most palates. Along another wall were about 2 dozen various dry toppings (cereals, candies, nuts). In the center were refrigerators toppings ( fruits, fruit flavored balls, whipped cream, cookies, chocolates) and syrups. Overall: three kids and I give it a thumbs up. I was very excited to see that yogurt lab was coming so close to our home! I visited today for the first time and tasted a couple of flavors and was very disappointed. The yogurt was runny and the flavors were not that great, no enticing flavors! They did not even have regular vanilla with regular sugar only the one with Splenda. (I understand having the option, but don't put it as your first option and make it very clear that it's a diet option!!) ! I just tasted a tad of 2 flavors and asked the employee why they were so runny...he said, well I just checked them and well it's yogurt so it's going to be. When in fact other yogurt shops, like Cherry Berry and Freeziac, have much thicker consistency and much better flavors. Instead of troubleshooting and asking for my feedback as a new customer, the server didn't even say goodbye. I chose not to waste my money and did not feel obligated to buy anything. I would highly recommend for a new business to get feedback and have much better service! And maybe visit their competitors to get a baseline of what's already available minutes away.
