Super amazing. I had gone in a couple years ago and tried to frozen yogurt and it wasn't that great. So I made a vow not to go back. Fast forward to last weekend. As I was walking around the mall decided I needed a little bit of a treat, so I stopped into Yogoberry and I was able to order a Boba tea. This is probably the best Boba tea I had ever had in my entire life although I have to admit it had been a while since I had Boba. I actually was not even aware that Yogoberry carried Boba. The order that I got was delicious, I chugged it in about 10 minutes. Would you probably shouldn't do. It was amazing, delicious, just the right amount of flavor and texture everything about it was perfect I will definitely be going back 5 stars to Becca for making it for me and helping. The LADY at the counter was extremely rude I asked her for mango frozen yogurt and she was impatient and remade it then I asked for toppings and she gave me like 3 of each. Then she got mad at me because I couldn't understand her. All I asked for was PINEAPPLE and Strawberry. The pineapple tasted sour. Keep in mind they charge $1 for each topping. After taxes the bowl was $9 and I even left a 1 dollar tip because there wasn't a NO TIP option and she looked at me giving attitude. Even after I left the tip she scoffed at me in disappointment. Don't give them your business. They're rude, expensive and don't care about the customer in the slightest. You're better off going through all the trouble of buying the ingredients separately and you'll still deal with less bs than this place. The urge I held back to not say something to her and be the bigger person. I hope she sees this and reflects on how to be a respectful salesperson. Not getting my business again. read more

Went there to get a small yogurt & the bitch behind the counter was clearly miffed I didn't tip on a $5.00 yogurt. Rudely turned her back away after I paid, did not say thank you. When I dared to ask for a napkin she threw it on the counter. I said "sorry to bother you". They lost my business that is for sure. read more

I used to visit this location a lot and the lady who always works there remembers my exact order and even still when I go in, she remembers. She's very sweet and even adds little complementary toppings for free. The yogurt is really good here and I rather prefer it over any other yogurt shop. read more

I worked here and she is very unsanitary, the fruit is not fresh ever the banana get used even black at times the strawberries will be used even if they have mold. She will not issue a refund for any reason whatsoever read more

The old Asian lady is extremely rude and condescending. Me and my boyfriend went to get a medium sized yogurt with ONE topping- she gave us LITERALLY 3 jellybeans. Afterwards, the jellybeans tasted so bad and stale, it was horrible. We also asked her for an extra spoon so my boyfriend and I could share- she tried to charge us 50 CENTS!! WHAT- WHY?? What I didn't like about it: Not much in the way of flavors... I mean they don't have basic flavors such as vanilla and chocolate. There were like 5 or so flavors to choose from. There also was not a great variety of toppings. Most were just weird. No pomegranate, no raspberries or blueberries, no peanuts. I was looking for some boba, but all they had was some sort of giant boba looking things - not sure about those. What I do like about it: I like that it is not "self serve". The only people who are getting near the yogurt/food are the staff workers. No kids poking their hands in food or cross mixing. I want to start off saying the people working here are extremely personable and the issue is not with the crew. Here temporarily in LC for work and I decided to treat my mother and me to a boba tea. I walked by a couple of weeks before and noticed that the price for boba was more than $5, that's highway robbery. Options are extremely limited, probably like 7 flavors at most? Anyway, ordered a milk tea & piña colada. To make a long story short the actual boba was overcooked and sticky, not bouncy and a bit firm, the actual drink both made our stomachs upset and the consistency was just like a melted slushy with bits of ice. would give 0 stars if i could, the lady was very rude and looked miserable helping us. my bf got a smoothie that tasted like straight soap and chemical, was water and had bubbles. when we told her, she just rinsed the blender , put his drink back in, and gave it back to us tasting the exact same. i've seen a video of her fighting 2 underaged girls just a few months back, not sure how she is still working or allowed here. read more

One girl who works there is very rude. She had an attitude and soon as we walked in. Didn't bother to get anything due to the fact that I will not support a business with terrible service. One guy was very apologetic due her behavior (she was higher up than he was) and yet he was still apologizing on her behalf. Stayed on her phone the entire time. Very disappointed in this establishment. This place is so over priced for what you get. We came from Colorado where self serve yogurt was all the rave. I could not believe I paid almost $8 for two small cups and only one topping on each. My cup only had topping cover the one side of it and when I went back to the counter to ask her to put berries on the other side she said that it was only two scoops per topping. I don't usually review places but I totally felt ripped off...I guess I just know what/where I can get more bang for my buck. Customer service was lacking - the girl seemed to have a stick up her hiney! Oh and they do not do military discounts...shame! read more

Yogo Berry is by far the best place to get yogurt ice cream in Las Cruces. We love it and are frequent customers. Try the mango flavor - it is really good and I believe it is fat free. My daughters enjoy the great selection of toppings. My wife and I usually have bubble tea or yogurt ice cream. The store is located next to Victoria Secret's inside Mesilla Valley Mall. Service is usually very fast. Employees are friendly. Make sure to ask for free samples of their different flavors. We found out coconut is great by trying it. Tip: Leave space for a chocolate-covered strawberry. They have those at the register counter. BTW There is a new location on Main Street, where Albertson's is located. It has a nice seating area and it is a nice place to take your kids and family. read more
