Best equipped practice in Amsterdam with weightless treadmill, video analysis, isokinetic dynamometer, cryocompression, shockwave, flywheel trainers, suspension treatment system. One little, nasty sink where people fill their water. The place needs some air! - Minimal bike parking. - the lockers have locks, but you need a 2-euro coin to get this bulky, non sanitary key chain to hang around your wrist? Really? Upsides; Facility is big. Has a sauna, steam room (co-ed) and the staff is nice. Nice eGym (extra cost) Music is not too loud. A great gym...wish it was a little cheaper and they had a better locker room.

Not only does he want to know what your injuries are and what health/movement goals you wish to achieve, but he listens to your body as well and understands your limitations. In other words, he understands that you may say one thing, but your body may say something else to him. The knowledge, expertise, training and personal experience he brings to each student is priceless. He has a gentle approach and truly wants to help you live pain free. And what a great workout! The facilities are clean, bright, modern and well-kept. There's even a dance/yoga studio that's available for use if there isn't a class going on in it. So basically it doesn't feel like a torture chamber (like so many other unfortunate Amsterdam gyms). They have a cafe/juice bar, saunas next to the locker rooms, lockers, communal showers in the the locker rooms, two separate areas for dance, yoga, pilates, martial arts, spinning classes etc. I pay about €50 a month for unlimited access without time restrictions. It's a bit pricey, but I like this gym. I paid €25 for registration, but it wasn't just to put my picture in the system with my data, I also got a 2 hour session with one of the competent, knowledgable and friendly trainers who made a fitness plan with me and printed it out. They keep the plan there so you can pick it up when you arrive and never forget to take it with you. They use an electronic scanning system for access to the gym which is a thumb-sized keychain with a chip in it. The trainers and employees are very nice and professional and the clientele is decent. All in all, it's a bit pricey but worth it.

High price and low service !! So, don't waste time and money. There are many gyms or sports schools in the city of Amsterdam.
