From what I've seen the mat classes can get crowded but never seems to be more than 15 in the class. The springboard classes are a bit smaller. And the equipment series is limited to 6. And of course they offer private lessons. The teachers are terrific, attentive and really know their stuff. The studio gets lots of light and the equipment is all new with an excellent variety: springboard, cadillac, reformers, chairs, barrels, etc. Highly recommend it. Here's a tip: Sign up with one of the newly trained teachers for a private lessons and they may be available for free or a discounted cost. Definitely worth the ask!

This studio contains all the equipment you could possibly need for your workout, and the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and so very personable. There was a group class going on as well as two trainers doing private lessons when I was there. However, there was no crowding or additional noise. My outstanding instructor was Jeffrey Ross who gave me an excellent work out, as we worked on my posture, body positioning, breathing and technique. It's bigger than you'd expect, clean and bright, with loads of different things to do. There are classes if you like that kind of thing. There's a healthy food bar where you can shakes and other exotic items to nibble. There's no pool, I'm afraid, but there's a wide array of machines and space to indulge your sweaty needs. I did the 2-week trial and was sold almost immediately. It's located very conveniently, which basically means near the city center. It's crowded in the evening, predictably, but there are enough things to do that you won't notice very much. Definitely do a session with a personal trainer. Mine was very kind and said she would certainly ask for an autograph once I'm an action hero. I said, "Awesome." So it's a good gym. Closes much too early on the weekend, but pretty much everything does in Amsterdam, so I can't fault them for that.

Upsides; Facility is big. Has a sauna, steam room (co-ed) and the staff is nice. Nice eGym (extra cost) Music is not too loud. A great gym...wish it was a little cheaper and they had a better locker room.
