While being pregnant I found this yogaschool offering pregnancy classes and never stopped doing it. Ok, not pregnant anymore, but still practising yoga every week.
The thing I love about De Lijfschool is that the instructors are really good when it comes down to helping you feel what goes on in your own body.
Yoga at De Lijfschool taught me to listen to what I need: rest or activity, relaxation or stretching my physical boundaries. Finding that balance turned out to help me in my daily life. After practising yoga for a while, I learned that the whole philosophy behind yoga is finding its way in the things I do while not being on the mat in the studio of De Lijfschool.
I applaud the way David & Saskia are teaching yoga and helping me to apply it in my daily life.
