I've only done the pilates and barre classes, but Fayetteville Pilates and Barre also offers reformer and TRX classes. The owner, Lisa, is incredibly knowledgeable and judgment-free. Every single instructor has been kind and uplifting. As far as the workouts go... They are HARD, y'all! But they're designed to be hard no matter if you're a super novice or a hardcore super advanced fitness guru. What I really like is that the workouts is that theyre low impact - that is, they're going to be easy on the joints, which is important to me now that I'm not a young college whippersnapper anymore. Students - they have discounts for you! FPB also usually has a black Friday sale every year where you can buy classes at a discounted rate.

Pilates is great for injuries and the instructors will work with you. They offer mat pilates, reformer pilates, TRX and barre classes - all amazing workouts. You will get results! They also have a health coach to help you as well. I might get the exact wording wrong here, but they are the only studio in ARKANSAS that has Pilates Trained Master Certified Instructors. Classes are accompanied with hip hop music, but the flow is the heart and soul of each class. Class left me feeling strong and refreshed. Nicole made everything accessible to all students, so I felt right at home. Mats are available for rental and other props are available free of charge during class. I believe that Lululemon outfitted the place, so expect your props to have the Lulu stamp! The little lounge adjoining the practice space has plenty of seating and a welcoming vibe. Loved chatting with the yogis after class. Parking situation - you should be able to find ample free parking nearby on Saturdays, but during the week, prepare to have some coins for the meters. Fortunately, the meters near EYL are pretty cheap, and you should be able to park streetside or in the nearby city lot. A unique design of the studio is when you first walk in you will walk into the practice area of the studio. The class was taught by Nicole and the class was perfect. The class I was in was very small ( 2 people) and Nicole was able to give personalized help and cues. You can definitely tell that Nicole knows her stuff. I would have to put Nicole in the top 10 of Yoga instructors in Northwest Arkansas. While talking with Nicole, she mentioned that she will be starting a guys on class once a month on Sunday. This is a great idea and I will definitely be attending them when they start up. If you are looking for a Yoga studio or need a break from your current studio then I would highly recommend ĒLXR to anyone.
