Great classes with welcoming teachers. I enjoy taking classes at Zuda when I'm in town!

I might be too old for that, but I like the idea that this has become a possibility since joining Zuda.

Wow! I have been to 55 classes now and it has truly just gotten better and better. I am so grateful…read moreto be rediscovering space all over my body that had gotten so stiff and inflexible. Keeping up with going to classes consistently has made such a positive difference in my life. I've mostly gone to Restore classes, but have branched out to Hot Mat Pilates/Fusion and even the Signature Hot! The Pilates/fusion is a really good challenge without feeling defeating. Just do what you can, and Mary makes it fun! The hot sequence is so good and juicy and really lays the foundation for improved wellness and fitness. Letting go of tension, building strength, and sweating out the toxins has benefits that keep on giving. Studio owner Michelle is a true gem, she is so kind and very involved in the community. It's nice to see her in class too! The yoga six EDH community is really something special. Highly recommend trying a class, catching a workshop, or joining! It is hard to pick one favorite teacher, I love them all! There is a new studio location opening in the Palladio in Folsom this year too! Don't miss out!

Love it here!!! The sculpt classes I've been to have all be heated classes. Not sure if they do any…read morewithout heat but they are great. Those classes are tough but you leave feeling so accomplished. Also, tried their restore classes and they are amazing and relaxing. All of the instructors I've had so far are great! The equipment are well taken care of. They provide cleaning spray and rags so you can clean your area and equipment. After the end of a session, I absolutely love how they provide you a cold face cloth infused with calming scent.

First timer here! I have never tried hot yoga before and I…read moremust say I had my doubts about the class. Located in a small complex by Kohl, you will find this hidden gem. There is plenty of parking so no need to worry about that! If you will see a big "Yoga" sign above you are at the right place. When you come in, you will be greeted by your instructor/the receptionist. With that said, sometimes, if you call during the class, the instructor may not be available to answer the phone. If you need a mat, you can rent one along with a towel as well. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring in your own mat and towels. What to bring: Yoga mat Towel to go on top of your yoga mat Water/electrolytes drink ( if you are inclined to shower after the class they have showers available too!) Tip: Don't be late! Once the class is in session, the front doors are locked. Even though the heat is evenly distributed throughout the room, I was told that if you are closer to the window, you will get a little less heat on that side . Yoga etiquette: Find a spot in the room, where you can see yourself in the mirror, but do not block anybody behind you. No talking during the class. Do not leave the class early. If you're a beginner like me, you will enjoy taking Amanda's class ! She goes through the class step by step and is very clear about each yoga move/position. I'm so glad to have taken my first Hot Yoga class with her. I will definitely be back to take more of her classes!

Clean studio. Friendly professional atmosphere. Excellent instruction. Thanks Mellissa!read more

I've had such a wonderful experience with Lotus Garden…read more I first started attending Gentle Yoga classes after a softball injury. The injury caused lower back issues and sciatica on the left side of my body. I couldn't walk for a month and a half and had to use a cane for 4-5 months thereafter. Lotus Garden has such a very intimate setting with instructors that are kind, knowledgeable and challenging. They have extra equipment on hand for newbies just learning yoga practices with a $15 drop-in fee. This place healed me and I am so grateful. I am no longer walking with a cane and my body is becoming stronger from the inside out. I now try to go 5 days a week and I'm looking forward to learning how to meditate through their free meditation classes.

Lotus Garden is a treasure trove in the Sacramento area! I…read morefeel like I've landed in a truly sacred space! Personally, I've studied yoga for about 15 years, primarily on what might be called "ashtanga" (8-fold path), and only recently have encountered a legit school of bhakti yoga. For me, bhakti is just such a direct path to my aims in ashtanga, that it's becoming obvious to me it's a "smart" investment of time. Lotus Garden is as SOLID an atmosphere for yoga as I could have possibly hoped (and honestly, way beyond my hopes!). I don't "push" this stuff, but most people would be wise to come!
