My husband went to his first in-person Yoga class ever. He was so flexible he did great the instructor was so kind and it was quite literally the largest and most beautiful studio I've ever seen. I've been doing yoga for 20 years. I definitely want to go back and next time I'll pay for a package so I can go each day I'm There!! Loved the practice the location the serenity and our experience. I was in town for a long weekend and signed up for the two week intro package. My girlfriend and I were able to get in two sessions with Brooke, one on the beach and another in the studio. Dropped in on a slow flow and meditation class taught by Brooke yesterday, it was incredible. She's a talented and professional instructor. She said they're moving to a new location soon, so it seems redundant to mention that the atmosphere in there was welcoming and warm, but it was!! Highly recommend for beginners and experts! So far I'm loving my experience at Yoga Life! I signed up for that 2 weeks unlimited at $25. I've taken 2 All Level Power Vinyasa classes led by Brooke and they've been fantastic. The studio is very clean and welcoming. The classes have been busy but I also went on a weekend. I'm excited to try additional classes out on my unlimited pass. A beautiful new studio just opened in St. Joe! I'm so happy I found a place to practice when in town on the weekends and during the summer. It's right next door to 221 Main with ample parking on the side street next to the building. Brooke was very welcoming and gave me a tour of the upstairs space that included a lovely practice room, reception area/kitchen with flavored waters, mats to rent and plenty of storage in the hallway for personal belongings. Once you're in the practice space they have all the accessories you will need for a wonderful practice - blocks, straps, eye pillows - you name it. I just took the Saturday Vinyasa class for the first time and really enjoyed it. The flow was great, the instruction was spot-on for me and the practice was challenging and I learned a few new stretches that I will incorporate into my daily practice at home. The class was 90 minutes so there was lots of stretching and the rest at the end of the session was nice and long. It was a complete mind and body experience and I'm looking forward to my next visit. The 30 days for $30 is a perfectly affordable way to explore and test drive the studio. read more

Yoga Life is really an exceptional Yoga studio. The studio owner Brooke sets the tone and environment as a place where beginners can find solid footing in a new practice and experienced yogis can go to grow by leaps and bounds. This is a power studio with a strong Ashtanga foundation, but numerous yin and slower flowing classes are available. I have been to at least 25 different studios across the world and Yoga Life is truly a exceptional based upon the committed, high quality instructors and the intimate surroundings. Had my first yoga class in years today at Yoga Life. My doctor recently recommended yoga for my herniated disc and sciatica. The environment was warm and welcoming. The instructor, Cheryl, was accommodating, knowledgeable and reassuring. So glad that I came because the elongation and meditation class was just what I needed this morning. I'll be back! read more
