I travel often and tend to test out new yoga studios and no studio quite compares. I have never had a bad class at prana - and I've taken a class with Kathleen (the owner), Charlie, and MacKenzie (regularly). They do keep the studio HOT! Which I love. Each class has been different and unique. The instructors all know you and are all so welcoming. I'm moving away in a couple of months and I feel truly blessed to have found the studio, even if only for a short period of time. I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area!

I love that I can get a workout in a totally different way here than just taking yoga classes all the time. I want to get rid of my flabby arms, get nice legs, and basically tone my whole body, but yoga can only do so much! The sculpt and barre classes definitely target the areas that yoga does not! You may think you're fit, until you walk into one of these classes and feel the need to vomit several times (in a good way). Definitely my favorite studio I've attended since moving to Maryland. Even the aesthetics is super pleasing! It's a brand new studio, and you can definitely tell how new it is because of how pristine everything still is. But you can tell a lot of thought went into the design of it all. The yoga studio has 3 different sets of lights that are all on dimmers. The sconces and the ceiling perimeter lights are my favorite! You no longer have to deal with bright lights overhead whenever you're laying down on your back! They have a completely different room for the sculpt and barre classes, but both studios have surround sound, which I love! Normally, studios just have speakers in the front of the room which can either make it very loud in the front or not as motivational in the back. But here, the music can pump you up no matter where your mat is! I cannot recommend this studio enough and am so glad to have the opportunity to take such a great variety of classes with great teachers.

Two things that will strike you immediately, the super friendly staff and it's cleanliness. Evolutions especially excels with the Pilates (Power) trainers and equipment. There are many certified trainers and open and reserved classes available throughout the week. One class of particular, Pilates Total Fitness is a great integration of pilates and strength training. Kelly D can really kick up the hour! Evolutions also has a great body work staff. Jack M, does intramuscular massage that might make you cry on the table but you leave with real and lasting results. For a great holistic approach to fitness in a clean and friendly environment, choose Evolutions.

I live in the Inland empire in CA and I've taken a few different type of studio classes but this one turned out to be one of my most favorite! The rooms are heated so you sweat your butt off and the moves and flow were different every time. What I noticed was that many of the studios in MD we're just not the same caliber as LA in terms of amenities and teachers... until I found Yoga Factory Annapolis / Annapolis Power Yoga! The facility is great (they have showers and amenities), free/easy parking, and it feels like a community / small business (not corporate like Core Power). The teachers were extremely knowledgeable and their hot yoga classes are actually hot with a real heating system. Love that they offer an array of classes from traditional Bikram, vinyasa (non-heated), to HITT (classes with weights for sculpting). I can't wait to go back. Thanks guys for having me!

I had a total hip replacement in March and have been in a lot of pain ever since. All the muscles…read morein my leg were so tight from the surgery and it wasn't getting better. I had several massages from different places but they didn't help. I knew I needed to find someone who was far more knowledgeable and had experience with sports injuries or post surgery. After doing a little research I found Alchemy Healing Arts. I read all the bios and found Sabrina. I went last week for the first time and she was fabulous. She worked on my hip, glutes, thigh etc and within 1 day I was feeling better. I know it will take several more sessions but I am ecstatic that I finally found someone who could help me. I highly recommend Sabrina. For the first time in 4 months I'm feeling optimistic that the pain will continue to decrease with more sessions. Kathleen.
