She has also become a great meditation guide and combines yoga, flow, and meditation into one wholesome experiences. She is now studying the human body and it's needs in more depth and venturing out to become a certified massage therapist. I committed to practicing with her the art of yoga, meditation, and centering my self in November of 2017 and it has been an amazing experience. I am mindful to practice on days I don't see her on to continue benefiting She's extremely reliable, punctual, and a great energy to help with healing. She is flexible and is willing to meet you half way, or come to your home for sessions and work around your schedule. They said they sent an email and a letter, concerning the additional fee. Ww received nothing. Not totally the point tho... We are, and have been paying dues for years. $93.00 maintenance fee???? Because you can???? I called and was told that "all other gyms, like Mountainside had this charge as well" for upkeep.... Since when are we Mountainside Fitness?? They are way larger and way more classes. Again, not the point. My dues should be my dues. When I called to inquire, I was told that I could go elsewhere, done. No one should be forced to pay for maintenance.... or leave. What next? I CHOOSE LEAVE.
