I recommend Wild Rivers Pilates highly! Kirsten exceeds all expectations and is a true pro. I have…read morebeen working out/doing rehab online twice per week with Kristen for the last 4 months. I have scoliosis and deal with serious back pain. I chose Kristen because i want to get fit again so that I can enjoy all of the outdoor activities on the southern coast here. Kristen offers unbelievable private classes and coaching online. Her classes are challenging, but she meets you where you are. I just adjust my laptop camera so that she can see me, and she offers a workout that is getting me where I want to go. She has been able to notice issues and ask me to make adjustments more than anyone has -- it's amazing how specific her private instruction is. I am stronger than I have been in years and she is working with me on strengthening all of my core muscles. I'm not finished yet, but my ability to open up my back to breathe better (from Kristen's coaching) has created a new life for me. I have tried quite a few personal trainers and also I've had rehab, but Kristen is head and shoulders more prepared, competent, and professional than all of them. I am a fan.

She has a nice roomy studio with all of the equipment you would need for various types of exercise programs (TRX, kettlebells, etc.). The Eugene YMCA truly used to be a great place, in the past few years it has unfortunately entered…read morea downwards spiral. I am saddened to say that this YMCA no longer prioritizes protecting the youth in its care, nor the staff they employ. Their new facility was poorly built and threw them into not only debt, but an urgency to make money back above all else. They throw people under the bus to protect the "organization" and no longer prioritize people over profit. Disappointed that it has strayed so far from a place of community. I would not recommend a membership here, and would especially not recommend you work here or enroll your children.

They never returned phone calls so I can't cancel my service so I'm paying every month for a service that I don't even use and I don't have time to go in because of my work schedule and I live out of town. Also, it seems like their hot tub is always down as well as their sauna. I just think they should've made it bigger since they had all that property and went to the trouble of building a new one. Very disappointed in my membership

Very friendly and accommodating staff. A little hard to see if coming from the Bandon side but you can't miss the bright yellow buildings no from the Port Orford side. Parking is all dirt and grass. What a great way to start the day! Second class with Heather today and another Great experience. Heather even remembered my name! Drop ins are twelve dollars and if you are in town I highly recommend this studio!
