All of their instructors are wonderful and provide a different type of class that are still cohesive to one and other. The music is awesome, the attitudes and support are awesome. I think within my first 2 weeks of going to classes everyone knew my name. Every class is so fun and energized you need to try it for yourself, not to mention the fact I'm usually pouring sweat afterwards. I can't say enough good things about this place! I'm…read moreglad I found it because, otherwise, I wouldn't have know this studio existed, with it's unassuming location in downtown Springfield. Aine, the owner and our instructor for this first class, is great. She is super friendly, welcoming, provides great instruction and simple steps to learn. Aine is also amazingly talented, making all the moves look so fluid and easy, which is inspiring to see as I flailed around the pole! I consider myself fit, working out 5-6 days a week, but that doesn't prepare you for pole. It is a whole new test of strength, flexibility and coordination (and I'm pretty lacking in the last two of that list). Every night on the way to dance, we found ourselves stressed out as we discussed wedding preparations and costs, but as soon as we started dancing we were smiling and laughing and couldn't even remember what we were so stressed about. Walking in to the theater, built in the 1920's, you pass the 8' tall pharaoh statues & see murals on the walls, a very large movie screen & a ceiling 40' high! There is a mezzanine & a balcony. It was very interesting & we enjoyed the tour.
