They are building a community for the average person that wants to get out and move but is not expected to be extremely flexible or overly dedicated. Another great thing I found was that the teachers will work with you on any muscle aches or tension you may having throughout your body. I enjoyed that I was sweating some calories and I loved the fact that I was pushing myself with every move, to try my best and be aware of my whole body.
