I am reluctant to make this review because I don't want the classes to be so full, but honestly…read morethis place deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Nestled by the Wheaton train station (where they have a French market every Saturday), this small studio is impressive. I've been going to tribalance for some time, but found this studio that's closer to me and more my vibe. I used to practice Bikram (before the scandal) in Cali and this place has that cool Cali/city vibe. It's immaculately clean and the showers have such good water pressure. The classes are what you expect them to be, HOT, intense, and oh so rewarding. My joints and back always feel phenomenal after class. And the staff are so warm and friendly. Shout out to Becky and Agata for their continued support in my yoga journey. Pro tip: On Saturdays (while the French market is open), give yourself a half an hour extra from the time you usually leave your home as parking can be challenging, and you don't want to be late. Though I've always found parking, it did take more time.

I decided (nervously) to return to yoga practice after an 8 year hiatus. I dipped my foot in the…read morewater with senior yoga at the Elmhurst location. Debbie (who turned out to be one of the owners) was the instructor. The class was great. Debbie gave tips to modify poses for more and less difficult variations which I find VERY helpful. She had a calming and pleasant demeanor. After class she said that maybe I should try traditional yoga (Next's version of bikram) since she felt it would suit me better. She was right!!!! I've been going twice a wwek to the Wheaton location and love it! Casey and Sarah are fabulous instructors. If you are thinking about returning to yoga or trying it, you will not be disappointed by Next. It is a great place!

I was greeted upon entering, introduced and was taking on a tour of this wonderful establishment. The yoga instructor and class were phenomenal. I have been to many places for yoga classes and never felt the warm embrace. My second visit I came for the Salt Cave. I love this place. If your ever feeling stress or restless. This place will relax your mind, body and soul. Essencia Studio has a warm and inviting feeling. Amazing instructors, holistic health benefits and many other classes and workshops. The facility includes a salt room, sauna, cold plunge room, locker rooms, a kitchen, and a nice cozy lounge area. A mini place away from home with good vibes and energy. A safe place to relax and reenergize.

The session itself was deeply calming and restorative, and the beautiful venue in Wheaton made it even more meaningful. The space is welcoming, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed--an instant exhale the moment you walk in. This studio is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend it enough…read more The Offerings: Whether you are a complete newbie or beginner at aerial fitness or an advanced student who has been involved for years, there are classes tailored for both your skill and comfort level. They have quality classes for pole fitness, aerial hammocks, aerial hoop (lyra), hula hoop, stretching, cardio dance, aerial yoga, and more. I came as an advanced pole fitness student, and they worked with me to place me accordingly between pole, lyra, and hammock. The Staff: Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable about what they're teaching, they're some of the most genuine and nicest individuals I've had the pleasure of being instructed by. They are also constantly celebrating their students through different ways, including events at the studio, outings at fun places, holiday celebrations, or small personal notes. The Vibe: Not only are the instructors amazing, so are the students. At no point did I ever feel unwelcome when I was new to the studio or taking a class out of my comfort zone. We are always laughing, having fun, and constantly encouraging one another. Not only have I made new friends here, but it's always fun to be a personal cheerleader (and have them) in class! Body positivity is also a thing. We also have students of all ages, shapes, and sizes, and they are all truly beautiful. Bottom-line: If you are on the fence about trying classes, you absolutely should give it a go.

There weren't many intermediate or advanced pole classes I could drop into at Rising Goddess (mostly seems to series over a few weeks) so I took an intermediate hammock class instead. Easy to book but bummed that the level changed from advanced starting the week I was there. I was given the grand tour when I arrived. This is a MASSIVE space! Love how many pole, aerial, and dance rooms there are, as well as a kitchen for special events. Everyone was super friendly, to the point where I had to excuse myself from conversation because I was a few minutes late to class. Oops. Audrey was the instructor, and she taught so many fun and accessible combos! Not sure when I'll be back in Oak Brook again but would love to take more classes in the future.
