He's deeply informed on asana alignment--his cues reminded me of some Iyengar teachers I've studied with. And his sequences are creative and fun. He's teaching at an intermediate level. If you are looking for a slow, easy flow, there's plenty of that in other studios and with other teachers in Pocatello, but if you're used to a vigorous flow with sequences and poses that will challenge you Waylon is the your guy.

That's a joke, she's the only person working. Ohhh, you expect soothing music, just kidding...it's opera. Another surprise...it's her singing and she will let you know. She will use some hot stones and if your skin turns pink she will take photos of you, on her phone, without asking to show you. If you expect a little privacy to strip down you are mistaken. He has met us as early as 7:30 am and as late as almost six pm. He has multiple technical skills in multiple areas to help treat his patients. He is only charging $40 for the first consult and $25 for each additional visit so you don't need to hassle with insurance. He will give you exercises if you ask for them but he is always polite and courteous and won't pressure you to try anything you are uncomfortable with. I strongly recommend a few visits to Dr. Page for health transformation.
