This has definitely got to be one of the better Yoga places in Auckland. I have had a many good classes here and wow the effects the next day, you know Yoga is great when just about every muscle in your body aches and you haven't used a single piece of equipment. And of course how much more balanced you become only after a few classes.
The classes here can get pretty busy, especially the 5.30pm classes ones during the week, if you don't mind that and it suits you then try it out, otherwise the weekend classes are a bit more relaxed. What I also like about their classes is that once you have done enough beginner classes and think you are mastering some of the poses then you can move on to Mysore classes which are good for developing your own practice. If you are after a faster class then try the Ashtanga classes, or for a more relaxing slower practice go for Hatha.
If you don't have a mat they then also sell good top quality yoga mats as well as bolsters and eye bags.
They also do teacher training here and I believe many good teachers come from here.
You can either pay casual rates, 10 session cards and if you are really keen they have an annual membership available and if I could come here 7 days a week I sure would.
