I hired Larry from M&M Quality Construction to renovate my units and make them rent-ready. I was…read morefully transparent from the start that I do not live in Cleveland and asked directly whether I could trust him to handle the work responsibly. He assured me I could. Unfortunately, he did not fulfill what we agreed on. I paid over $12,000, and the work was left incomplete. The units were not rent-ready, debris and trash were left throughout the property, and key items we discussed were never finished. The photos I attached show only part of the condition he left the property in. After receiving payment, Larry stopped responding and ultimately blocked me instead of taking accountability or addressing the issues. As a property owner who relied on clear communication and trust, this was extremely disappointing and costly. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend hiring someone else if you are considering renovating a property. This contractor was unreliable, unresponsive, and did not deliver the agreed-upon work.

I even provided the paint myself--high-quality paint--so there was no excuse for poor results. At first, I was impressed with how they covered and prepped everything. Unfortunately, that didn't carry over to the actual work. They still managed to get paint on my outlets, floors, doors, windows, and hinges. They came back three times to fix missed spots, yet the issues were never fully resolved. I decided to cut my losses instead of scheduling a fourth visit. Honestly, I've done better paint work myself--I just didn't have the time. Very disappointing experience. Next time I'll do it myself or hire an actual painting company not a power washer one lol
