After reviewing the invoice, I had to seek legal advice and confirmed through an independent witness that the technicians were on site for only a few hours. We ultimately reached a resolution after considerable back-and-forth. I would recommend asking for a written estimate and a clear explanation of hourly billing before authorizing work. Write down everything and do not proceed unless you have a written estimate you agree with.

When he got here he was very friendly. He walked me through things and explained the things he noticed and what the process is like. There was a couple of things wrong so he had to come back more than once but he made sure to get it done. The amount I paid was very reasonable as well!
