It was warm and fresh. The second course was 3 perfectly cooked scallops on a bed of heavenly mushrooms and oats with a light mushroom sauce. 10/10! I could eat that everyday and it would not become tiresome! For the entree, I had the short ribs, which were melt in your mouth delicious. Meanwhile husband enjoyed the beautifully prepared pork belly. Deserts were not a let down at all. Notably the Carmel sauce and rich chocolate torte was perfectly balanced. We did enjoy the wine pairings, although did wonder why the establishment would choose to serve a heavy red with the scallop course. However it did seem to work in some degree. Points of refinement: I wish the server was more educated on the wines we were served. For example she could only tell us it's a great Cabernet. And when probed for more information, she was not prepared to explain more. Additionally a more detailed explanation about the courses, the ingredients, and the preparation would have been so appreciated. And wrapping up leftovers as a service should be customary. Small points of refinement would elevate the dining experience. The restaurant is warm and welcoming with an abundance of natural light. The decor is beautiful and inviting. The farmhouse factor definitely screams fresh. I hope the chef continues on their journey as this was an unexpected experience not soon to be forgotten. It really was a 5 star meal and i look forward to returning here should I ever return to Wichita.

The ability to order from your table with your smart phone is very convenient for those that may be mobility challenged and can't stand in lines. The food is brought to you with a smile, and not yelled out on a loudspeaker. I have unfortunately never tried their frozen custard because I am always too full by the time I'm finished with the burger and fries and curds. The building inside and out is spotlessly clean, there is always a staff member on the floor cleaning tables, picking up, sweeping floors. The staff is Superman Courteous, they stop and talk about their food, their company, and are great ambassadors for their product. My only, ONLY critique would be the butter burgers feel indulgent and I worry about my cholesterol, but probably not as much as I should. And they have one thing that sets them apart from the Big Chains. Cheese Curds. We have been to Culver's several times since they opened, as well as visited locations in Osage Beech, Missouri and they have a great Wisconsin feel about any location.

The sausage, brisket, ribs, and pulled pork were all off the chain. Great food, great service, and a great experience. We'll definitely be back when back in town.

Like, 2" wide. Additionally, it was really bland. Not very smoky, despite the smoke ring, and the crust was not very seasoned. Nice little place, though, friendly people and the restaurant was clean. Doubt I'll be back, but always good to have plenty of options in town.
