I am a nice person with kind attitude with life, but the service really pissed me off. I have been through a such long and challenging process with visa application system mentally and financially. I paid thousands of pounds to get the visa. Finally, to the end to get the BRP card, I arranged twice with TNT and they failed the delivery for both. They did not call, and it feels like they did not even try to make a successful delivery. I WAITED for them from 9am, 12.43 pm they sent an email to say they could not deliver with a picture which is not even the front door of my building. I phoned up to arrange a pick-up, the lady voice system is difficult to recognise and empathise the situation. I thought with the neoliberalism in the UK, the competition in the market is suppose to boost the service and economy, in the end, it is the same bullshit of monopolisation. As the only company contracted by the Homeoffice documents deliver system, god knows what kind of dodgy business they are doing. By contracting such business, other than money, can you have more empathy on the side of people? please try harder to make a successful delivery with just a simple phone call.

I missed a delivery on Friday & I tried to trace the package through the website multiple times & it didn't & still doesn't work.. then I phoned up the depot only to be cut off 7 times after going through the voice recognition system.. then finally got through to customer service & tried to arrange to pick it up on Saturday morning.. "yes we are open on Saturday mornings between 8 & 12" said the young lady on the other end of the phone... Surprise surprise when I turned up.. I was told "we don't open Saturdays" As this package is quite important for my clients van, I had to let them down & the van is now behind schedule. So I took Monday off work to wait in for delivery & nothing.. no card or anything.. the frustration was starting to rise by now & once again I had to let my clients down. Now it is Tuesday & after a call to customer services I was told "our driver tried to deliver your package at 17.49 but you were not in" That was news to me.. !! Now I've got to drive across the city AGAIN to collect my package & hopefully get my clients van finished. I will not be using TNT again & will be urging my clients & suppliers to do the same.
