I am a foreigner in the UK, that is why I need to apply a visa and home office employees the service from TNT. I am a nice person with kind attitude with life, but the service really pissed me off. I have been through a such long and challenging process with visa application system mentally and financially. I paid thousands of pounds to get the visa. Finally, to the end to get the BRP card, I arranged twice with TNT and they failed the delivery for both. They did not call, and it feels like they did not even try to make a successful delivery. I WAITED for them from 9am, 12.43 pm they sent an email to say they could not deliver with a picture which is not even the front door of my building. I phoned up to arrange a pick-up, the lady voice system is difficult to recognise and empathise the situation.
I thought with the neoliberalism in the UK, the competition in the market is suppose to boost the service and economy, in the end, it is the same bullshit of monopolisation. As the only company contracted by the Homeoffice documents deliver system, god knows what kind of dodgy business they are doing.
By contracting such business, other than money, can you have more empathy on the side of people? please try harder to make a successful delivery with just a simple phone call. read more
