Under Arizona state law (House Bill 2697), gyms must allow you to cancel your membership online or via email. If a gym ignores your request, submit a complaint using the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Complaint Portal. I called them and emailed them, they are still trying to charge me. I cancelled payment to them on my CC. Now they are just accumulating dept against me....
