Customer service is a double edged sword situation - they are "helpful" but a little TOO "helpful". You will not have to worry about not being to find assistance. Once you enter the store, one of the associates will target you and follow you, relentlessly persistent on trying to sell you anything and everything in the store. You must be careful when asking for them to help bag you a bulk item, you say you want one pound, you'll end up with 1 1/2 lbs. By then I feel like it's too much trouble to have them scoop back out the excess they "accidentally" put in the bag. Another incident of sketchy customer service is when we purchased numerous boxes (like more than 2 dozen) of moon cakes. They said they had enough in stock and offered to put them all in a large box for us. Once we got home, we realized they snuck in a few boxes of another slow selling, unpopular flavor b/c they ran out of the flavor we wanted. As far as products, first couple of visits we bought some great quality bulk bin items. A little pricey, but worth the premium. Then when we returned for subsequent visits to re-purchase same items, the products were clearly from a different source and of sub par quality. I don't think we'll be returning as we've given them fair opportunity to prove themselves worthy due to lack of consistent product quality and suffocating service.

A couple of days after my second session, my glucose monitor went off in the middle of the night. Normally this happens when I have eaten something I shouldn't have and it was spiking. But, no. It was too low! Not believing it, I check with my finger prick monitor and it corroborated the reading. I was shocked. I have since stop one of my medications, cut one in half, and cut my insulin in half. I am very excited to continue treatment to see how much I will be able to come off of. Everyone said that it's just a bad area for allergies. But over three in a half years, his allergies became so bad our son couldn't be outside for more than thirty minutes. If he was, he'd be in bed for hours with blinding headaches. I can't even tell you how helpless I felt as a mom. My son was in bed almost every day, and nothing helped. I have been going to the Center for Holistic Healing since February, 2016. I've been seriously ill…read morefor the past 6 1/2 years. The journey to this date has been very long! At one point I was near death, remained bedridden for months and have stayed mostly"couch ridden" since March of 2010. I was finally diagnosed with POTS then Mast Cell Activation Disorder with severe multiple chemical sensitivity, among many other conditions. I've seen well over 100 doctors both traditional and alternative medicine in the past 6+ years. At one point I had Gastroparesis, was told a feeding tube wouldn't even help me, was hospitalized over 45 days without answers, had PTSD from severity of my symptoms when I first became ill and nearly died. I had lost 50lbs in 3 months time from malabsorption and my autonomic nervous system was a disaster! By the time I walked into Dr. Schulenberg's office I could eat only 10 foods for the past 2 1/2 years. Anything else would cause anaphylactic reactions. Everyday for the past 2 1/2 yrs I experienced head to toe itching, unexplainable by any doctor. I was unable to take any supplements, herbs, medications etc... without severe side effects and reactions. The list of issues goes on and on, basically I was very very ill. Within one month, I was able to eat 3x's more foods than I had in nearly 3 years! I'm now able to take supplements and herbs that my body needs but previously was unable to absorb them or they caused awful side effects. I'm sleeping better at night and have been able to reduce a highly addictive prescription drug used for sleep that I've taken since falling ill nearly 7 years ago. My digestion is working the way it is supposed to work and I'm able to go to church and to be in public without a mask to protect me from perfumes and other chemical sensitivities! I'm no longer secluded at home 24/7 and can walk longer and be around scents that I couldn't tolerate for more than a few seconds.
