This is gonna be a tough one, because I don't really want you to think that this place is not worth to visit, this review is more for the owner of the restaurant because I really want him to thrive and get more customers. I enjoy supporting local Restaurants. First, I think the prices are too high, if you are going to serve your food on foam plates and give us plastic silverware I think your prices should be lower and that applies as well for the portions of the food. I have eaten Nepali food before And what I love about this culture is the food portions and you guys need to focus a little bit more on this. I ate the shrimp curry and the flavor was spectacular, but the extremely tiny shrimp you used was not a good idea, I really want to see the protein on my plate and just as an advice, used bigger shrimps and do not overcook them. The service was really good, the cashier was really kind and he described the dishes because the digital menu was not working. I really want to come back and try something else. I don't know if the prices are gonna change, but they should and if the prices are gonna stay the same work a little bit better on the kitchenware to serve your food and in the portions as well. read more

One random day I decided to stop in, and thank you God, it's not an overpriced cooler store! Great Nepali food! I go for the combo meal: choose your base - fried rice, noodles, other authentic choices. Then choose 2 sides- I usually go for a protein like chicken or the chick peas. The food is prepared/grilled fresh to order. $10 for the meal. Really good quality for the price. Friendly staff helped me make my choices and actually made the experience more enjoyable. Friendly staff and interesting menu. The momo were a big hit with my teen children and the fried rice was a welcome departure from the Chinese varieties. Be careful if sensitive to spicy foods, the Yeti team can make it very spicy if that's your thing. read more

This food was Way overpriced to be served in styrofoam and Everything was Way over cooked it was burnt dry and hard!! The Chicken soup was absolutely Not what the picture shows no mushrooms no carrots and had lots of very hard beans in it!! Also everything was way to SPICY we could not even eat it!! This is a new place off of 40. Stopped in on the recommendation of fellow Yelper Elite Brendan H. and I'm glad I did. I was immediately greeted and they were ready to take my order. I asked what they recommended and they went through the menu with me and even gave me samples to taste! Hole in the wall type place. Delicious food, friendly service. I've had Himalayan for several times before, but they had a specialty that I'd never tried. From what I could gather a husband and wife team with teenager in tow were the staff of the new Yeti Express. There were some challenges with online ordering (full menu is not available, pickup timeline was twice what was quoted.)Ordering in person or by phone are probably much safer options. The space still has signs of the prior tenants, but they are working hard to make it their own. Small space for sure, and the construction on the road out front makes it feel smaller. There was clear concern on the faces of all the staff that the road construction could negatively affect business. The food was amazing. The Chicken Momo was clearly made to order. The chili sauce was just the right amount of heat and a perfect portion size for dipping the Momos. The fried rice had a slight kick. A paneer dish without sauce or saag was unusual, but complemented the other items nicely. I will definitely be back to try the other menu items. read more

There is no menu; they charge you whatever they want. I was charged $28 for $19 of food. Oh that's the old menu prices. It is a couple of months ago on the website. Where is the new menu? No answer. Hope the food is good. Will not be back, absolutely crappy service and highly deceptive practices. read more
