The Crossing was the first gas station / convenience store I saw in town. Pulled in and once the exchange was done we ventured in for a potty break and drinks. First time seeing a salad bar in this type of business. And, it actually looked appealing! We've all traveled major roads in whatever state you're from. Yes, I've snickered at gas station sushi in Mississippi. There are things you DON'T want in this setting. Yet, The Crossing made it look seamless. Clean bathrooms at least on the mens side. Usual suspects like Hunt Brothers pizza present and a glass case full of fried goodness too. I think they do burgers too? If you have gas pumps with printable receipts, then have paper in the machines!!! I HIGHLY suggest staying away from this store!!! DKP needs to be advised that you are not honoring the Core Water promotion, I am sure the store is getting a rebate from KDP for selling the waters at full price!!! In fact, I heard quite the opposite on a Bob and Karri youtube video recently. My complaint was that you couldn't walk to the Love's Truck Stop store from the RV park. Bob and Karri's complaint for another Love's that they stayed at on the east coast was that they were too close to the Love's Truck Stop store. So I guess not everyone can be pleased. Anyway, the bathrooms and showers were clean and private. We'd stay here again.
